Speaking of this, weeks back when I initially did research on Kumi, I found a clip, and have been slowly going insane since then, going back and forth on whether it's a sound alert or not. I finally decided to post it despite never reaching a conclusion:

The fart sounds on Kumi's stream are triggered by a single redeem option that picks one of like 20 different fart sounds (including a clip of the "chair"). What this means is that it isn't actually going through the dedicated sound alert system, which means there isn't a visual indicator that it's a sound alert. In some display configurations, you can see the "[user] redeemed LITERALLY_FART_RN" in chat, but this clip happens to be in one where you can't.
It makes perfect sense as a situation. There are multiple minutes of silence preceding it in the full VOD, so it's clear that she was setting up while muted, had to fart, pressed the mute button by reflex which unmuted her, farted so loud she muttered to herself in shock afterwards, and noticed mid-sentence that she wasn't in fact muted. And the details of it only really make sense if exactly that happened. I also don't recognize this as a sound I've heard before as an alert, although I can never be sure since there's so many.
If Kumi's stream was not getting these constant fart redeems, I would post this and have zero doubt it was real. But I just absolutely cannot trust any fart sound that has ever come from her stream. The fart from >>11486334 I only trust because it DOESN'T sound like a fart.

The reverb is definite proof it's fake though, so I'm just making excuses for why I was fooled.

For trying to pay for content she offered to sell to me.

She most likely has either IBS-C or IBD. Given the fact she typically only talks about needing laxatives, I'm guessing it's IBS-C (Irritable Bowel Syndrome Constipation type) because IBD is a whole other beast (though the symptoms can be similar).
IBS as we currently understand it is a functional disorder. Basically the connection from your bowels to your brain is all fucked up and your bowel misbehave. Yanno, they're irritable. In her case her bowels are abnormally sluggish from what it seems like. When it comes to the long string of mucus coming out of her mimhole, that's related to this chronic irritability. Its normal for your bowels to produce extra mucus when they are experiencing inflammation or infection (like food poisoning, viral gastritis, excessive anal pounding, etc.). In IBS, your bowels basically constantly think they're inflamed and so produce an excess of mucus. This is especially prevalent when you are severely constipated, as your bowels will produce extra mucus in an attempt at lubricating the dry turd to get it moving through better.
She likely experienced some paradoxical diarrhea as a result of her impaction. This is when loose, unformed stool and mucus is squeezed past the blockage of dry feces and you end up with diarrhea despite being constipated. Basically her body is trying to squeeze out this rock and it's squeezing out everything else in the attempt. She probably would benefit more from an enema rather than just laxatives, but I'm not her doctor.
The foul smell is likely from bacteria fermenting sugars that have been trapped in her bowels by the constipation. If I were her doctor I'd recommend her to a nutritionist to help her understand what foods may be helping/harming her bowels in the long term. Generally speaking it can be bad to take laxatives for a long period of time for a variety of reasons.

The biggest worry with a stimulant laxative like dulcolax is causing a situation exactly like she described. Back from errands so can expand on this. Once again, none of this is medical advice.
A lot of people assume all cases of constipation are from having a huge brick of shit in your asshole blocking you up. While that is sometimes the case (especially when you've been constipated for a significant length of time), very often the case is actually the opposite. A relatively small but very hard and dry piece of poop clogged up inside you that refuses to move because the dynamics of your bowels favor moving long, soft stools more than thick, hard ones.
To visualize this imagine you have a garden hose with a pebble stuck in it. Trying to squeeze that pebble out by hand would be a massive pain in the ass. Even if you run water through it, the pebble may get stuck on a kink or ridge somewhere and not fully clear.
Now imagine it was a gummy worm in there instead. It's big and soft enough to can squeeze and manipulate it out, and if you sent water through the hose then it would shoot right out.
You want your turds to be like gummy worms. Long, soft, bulky enough for your internal muscles to easily manipulate them (but not so bulky they cause issues on exit). Additionally, constipated poops actually tend to be SMALLER than a good, healthy turd because a lot of the bulk of a turd is water and the longer a turd remains in your bowels the more water is absorbed from it.
This is why bulk-forming agents like miralax or psyllium husk can be so good for those with IBS. They absorb water into the poop and plump up so it becomes one soft, malleable log. The bulk of the poop also stimulates your bowels to contract and move things along. Dulcolax is only really good for solving an immediate constipation problem, I would highly recommend she look into other options if she wants to actually treat the underlying cause of her chronic poop problems.

Another thing to consider is women suffer from chronic constipation significantly more often than men do, they're up to three times more likely to have poop problems compared to men. There's a few anatomical and hormonal reasons for that.

Basically the deck is stacked against women when it comes to pooping normally. This isn't even taking into account how periods affect the bowels, which can cause all kinds of chaos. This is why "girl dinner" is actually catastrophic for most women. The food they eat doesn't add a lot of bulk to their stool and makes their poops these hard, dry pellets that are difficult to pass.
Also, side note, it's been proven that female farts smell worse than male farts.

Once again the problem is the Dulcolax has basically taught her bowels to be "lazy". They don't contract and push stool through on their own any more because they've become adapted to having the stimulant present. That's why I'd suggest starting Metamucil (to increase stool bulk) and slowly tapering off Dulcolax over a period of a few weeks (or potentially even months) for her. As her stools bulk up it will send stronger "contract now" signals to her bowels (the physical pressure of poop in her pipes causes the signals) that should help them move things along even as the Dulcolax load decreases.
Miralax on its own can only do so much. Basically all Miralax does is pull water into the bowels. This can definitely help with relieving constipation but for serious cases like this it'll just give her more mucus/diarrhea and not really fix the underlying issue.
Honestly from the way she's described her pussy being really tight and this pooping problem, there's a non-zero chance she has pelvic floor dysfunction on top of IBS. In fact it could even be ONLY pelvic floor dysfunction causing her pooping issues, though the presence of an abundance of mucus indicates to me it's likely she has IBS-C with possible PFD rather than just PFD. If I was her doctor I'd ask her if she ever has pain during penetration (even with just fingers), spasms while pooping (like her butthole is trying to clamp shut when it should be relaxing), feeling like she's not fully "emptying" when she goes poo, feeling like she has to "strain" when she poops. All of those would point toward PFD on top of IBS-C and would require a different treatment modality alongside the bulk-forming agent.
