I’ve been relatively curious myself of the whole insufflation infusion thing. I’ve inflated with helium a number of times and I have a jumbo tank on the side for those moments. So I ordered latex tubing and 18g Needles to try this & used 2 belts to tie off my belly.

First attempt, the tubing popped off the needle due to the pressure. Second attempt, I nearly put out my eye testing the pressure. Third time, I stuck the needle below my belly button & pressed lightly on the helium nozzle…

I managed to put an inch on my belly before I forced myself to stop fiercely feeling the aches. Took the needle out and all I felt was the tightness dissipate & myself deflate. If I were on vacation, I’d take this further…
