Having Mitsuru in such a situation is specially hot due to her girl boss like attitude.
Watching her calm demeanor slowly fading away from her face as she becomes horrified as she realises the situation she's in is pretty hot. Her skintight suit makes it better giving this false sense of safety to her but at the same that it adds an exposition element as in her body is exposed and her captors are looking at her demise and humiliation which makes her kind of a slut or an object. Actually, skintight suits depending on the substance they are enveloped with could enhance the tactile feeling of having a 2nd skin as mud or concrete surrounds and hugs it along with the body. Especifically the latter as it's hot. Look it up.

She knows that there's no escape and there's no point in trying to appear calm to save face as she submerges into the sludge with a ball or o-ring gag on her mouth (the latter being terribly wicked), her arms bounded behind hr back and unable to move, then at her final moments she mud enters her mouth, unable to close it. She pants, gasps, screams, calls for help that will never come and then she is under and nothing else can be seen or heard besides some bubbles popping off on the surface of the mud! The imagination is what matters here as you'd have to imagine what happens to her under the mud or what she's feeling. How tasty is the mud I wonder? Not much!
I could imagine she being saved at the end, but that'd be a huge turn off, the appeal here is a totally defenseless damsel whose fate is sealed. I think a bit of the appeal of it is that one wouldn't expect such a beautie to come to a terrible end, a rich and beautiful gal kidnapped, gagged, tossed into a mud pit, humiliated, sinking, drowning to death in sludge.
At least she looked good and slutty during the whole ordeal, heh! What matters is looking good no matter how fucked up the situation is!
