img2img, usually, wont just delete the head. Because it has a head, the AI will try to put something there. This is the closest I could get, but it also is a completely different image than what it started as.
Inpainting, genning a new image, or even editing it and erasing the head then putting into img2img would produce better results even if it is extra steps.

He already knows about inpainting, you won't confuse him with lies. Joking aside, there's two ways. Denoise setting controls how much the area can change. You either use the full 1.0 denoise and then you need to be using an inpainting model or an inpaint controlnet to maintain consistency with the original image, otherwise it draws you a whole new image in the area. The other way is you pre-draw a colored blob over her face roughly matching the color of the background you want the head replaced with. 1. Can the $30 tier of grok do sexual images? D images? Does it log these with your payment information?
