While yes you can go with the comedy route/ just because route, i don't feel like this is enough.
Now since their personalities and instincts influence the mc subconsciously, i find it amusing if one of the transformations has a crush on a guy that the mc knows so the mc turns into a tsundere when transformed into her and interacting with the guy. Meanwhile the guy has a crush...on another transformation of the mc. Now maybe the feelings carry over from transformation to transformation to base form but they vary in intensity or sth. Another transformation is basically a slut that wants to sleep around with men, women whatever is available and is in the mood for and makes the mc very confident and energetic.

I already have the mc (and the transformations by extension) being bi to make it easier for the mc to want to use the transformations for lewed reasons and riding dick (since this is Porn).

Some transformations are more "addictive" to turn into due to how it makes the mc feel than others.

All transformation are superhuman physically and have mild durability and regen but none are fully bulletproof but the more physical focused ones like the catgirl obviously would be more enhanced+durable+regen than the more ranged transformations. The telekinetic one is the least physically superhuman because she relies on well telekinesis, i know duh.

i decided to make every transformation color coded with a different hair color, each one corresponding to their selected slot color in the waifutrix (example the screen goes red if the explosive red head get's selected)
The transformation time can vary 15 minutes to1 hour but more "sexual energy" can extend the transformation time.
A "master control" system like Ben 10 exists that allows you to switch transformations and base male form by thought and allows the user to remain as whatever transformation he chooses indefinitely but this will appear way later.

...having the main character start out as bisexual is a huge mistake. Far, far more of your potential audience will be into the idea of a straight MC being corrupted by his female forms than would accept male bisexuality. Women view male bisexuality as a transitory stage to male homosexuality and men are universally disgusted by the idea, with straight men being intrinsically grossed out by dudes banging dudes and gay men assuming that bi dudes are just in denial about their true nature as gay cockwhores. I generally support writers trying something unconventional, but male bisexuality is going to be a big hurdle for readers to get past.
That said, if you're willing to trade broad reach for artistic integrity, you do you.

The "plot" is basically the mc using the transformations for sex and heroics, i will smooth out the villains later, for now im just going with "chaotic ahh" whatever stereotypical villain types from media you know randomly appear from time to time. Aliens? Mad scientist? Rival/doppelganger that has a waifutrix of their own? Yes to all.

I wanna give every waifu transformation their own unique power/ power set but i don't want the mc to become too OP since that takes away from plot and removes stakes, makes the story boring etc. I want there to be balance between the transformations with each one being useful in their own way, each having restrictions and the powers becoming stronger the more the mc trains with them kinda like my hero academia.

For that reason i avoid super OP powers like mind reading, brain washing, flash tier super speed, unrestricted teleportation, tech manipulation or powers with loose rules and no restrictions like just magic or reality manipulation.
Ofcourse that's just me because im autistic and don't like my characters overpowered too easily. Anyone else that wants to make their take on the idea can do whatever they want.

As for clothing. I went with the idea of the transformation gets clothes that naturally compliment their figure and are appropriately sexy the moment the henshin sequence ends. Ofcourse the clothes can be removed (its porn so duh) and each form has it's own fashion sense and style they prefer.

Im not into too muscular women because they look too masculine so im thinking her build is feminine but still has muscle like nana shimura from my hero academia. I was gonna give her the ability to grow stronger the more she gets hurt like metal bat from one punch man but that would be too OP so i scrapped it.

7. Pink hair "fairy" girl. It's in quotation marks because she's still human sized. She's acts as the flyer of the transformations, she has dragon fly wings that either grow or manifest from her back (haven't decided if they are actual wings or energy constructs). No idea for offensive powers other than generic "shoot energy beams"

8. Cyan blue hair.
She's the xlr8 of the playlist thus being in the number 8 spot. Im on the fence if her power should be generic super speed or limited time manipulation (can slow down, stop, accelerate time for a limited amount of seconds like 5-10)

9. Another monster girl this time a dryad (or however you spell it) she has plant manipulation only more limited. She has slightly greenish skin because she can photosynthesize, she's half plant after all.

10. Honestly i have no idea for the last one. She needs to fulfill a role that the other transformations can't so im thinking she can hide and travel inside shadows and black colored surfaces, being the stealth transformation. Black hair obviously.

It took 4 volumes of the LN for Crim to be back in the real world, we're on volume 12 and still in the MMO ignoring the actual story and Crim being in the real world as a girl experiencing all the new things of her new body and life. I dislike it as a narrative device because it removes any suspense and tension from the earlier part of the story and shows the writer is not confident in the first half so has to tease you with where they think its the best and or most exciting, it then fails entirely if the writer tries to put in suspense and tension before that because we know that it doesn't matter. I prefer radically different. It adds to the whole "you aren't you anymore" mood to it all, especially if they're thrusted into a life they have no idea how to live. Of course there's issues with it since, isekai for example, just makes it so it's a life "restart" and the genderbend becomes meaningless, but I like it better when they're forced to act in a role they have zero experience in. It's contextual. I normally like the same hair and eye color because it drives home the idea that it is the same person, just changed. Replace the original gender and those few defining anime characteristics and, visually, you've just made a different character, I prefer it if they end up looking like a female family member like the other guy put it. If the change is supposed to be more drastic I'm still fond of things like bleaching for gyaru or broader changes if race change is being thrown in as well.

I am still waiting for someone (who is not me) to make the boomer TSF vs modern TSF crossover story. Why has it not been made yet? I have not lifted a finger to make it myself, but surely the idea is simply so obvious that somebody else must have at least considered it at some point. There are so many older boomer TSF gender-swapping premises and conventions that are rarely utilized anymore (Great Shift, Medallion of Zulo, Spells R Us, etc), and boomer TSF is distinct enough in its characterization and plot development that it could contrast well with modern TSF.

Perhaps the basis for the plot could be an older, middle aged man and a younger man both get gender-swapped or gain powers that somehow involved gender-swapping powers. After the stage is set, there could be a humorous clash of cultures between the older man and the younger in a way that reflects how TSF fiction has changed over time.
