shoot thousands of tiny steel spheres at it with a (newly invented) high-pressure water jet like apparatus, cut it in half that way
don't nanolithography machines shoot tiny balls of silver thousands of times per second or something? just do like that

A grizzly bandsaw and angle grinder, I just don't know how the hell im going to get an accurate cut down the center without it moving. There isn't really anything to clamp onto and I can't weld a cheater bar on.

Epoxy a bar on? Also make sure the steel ball isn't some hardened or shitty mystery steel that will wreck your bandsaw blade. If it is then your best bet will be the angle grinder.
If you go angle grinder I would carefully layout a cut line with a fine marker and clamp it in a vise and score all the way around and keep going deeper while turning it from time to time and make sure you keep your cutting wheel in plane with your cut lines. When you get close to the middle (about to cut through) you will obviously want to remove it from the vise so it doesn't pinch your blade as you cut through the last remaining part in the middle. Some vise grips on one half might be useful here as a handle.

Put it in a strong clamp or vise using some kind of deformable padding, like blocks of wood or rubber. Then clamp down on it hard as fuck. Should be held quite solid them and be able to run through whatever cutting method you're suing without moving.

Grinder will be the best bet, will take alot of time but as one anon said a ball mill ball is hard too hard for all but a carbide toothed bladd, just set it on a ring of some type even a opened tin can on a fairly flat table and mark where the square touches the largest diameter of the ball then just slowly cut through it until you can chisel it apart and finish grind it

a reciprocating saw great. when you get in deep with a cut off blade it will be tough keeping the disk from not touching the sides. you can start the cut with a grinder but i would use a reciprocating saw with cutting oil
