You need a usb4 or thunderbolt connection for an external gpu and they are stupid expensive for what they are. You are better off just selling that and getting a newer motherboard. AIOs are meant for your average user, not for upgrading.

What it actually means is that the CPU cannot keep up with the GPU's demands for processing power. Almost all GPU functions place some burden on the CPU for handing out commands, accessing system memory, accessing system storage, etc. If the CPU can't provide enough support to the GPU, the GPU will never run at full capacity, which makes the CPU a bottleneck.

So no, it isn't the "GPU out pacing the CPU". It is the CPU not being able to provide enough support for the GPU to run at full load.
