/edg/ is the home of 1girl posting. Here, we share AI-generated pics of sexy anime girls and discuss latest advancements in 1girl-related technology. Remember to keep it /e/, as per board rules. If unsure about what you can or cannot post here, consult the sticky thread.
>>3096161 One of these aren't even highlights. And the other one is a post that links to another post. This is so half assed that you know what, in good faith I won't even post gens. See you next time IA Schizo bakes.
>>3096202 I just want to know what I did to cause him to pop off like that. Also why would someone railing against "pedos" be on 4chan of all places? This place is quite literally ground zero "pedo website" to anyone who uses that sort of terminology so flippantly.
>>3096209 You didn't do anything. He's been going around several generals accusing anyone who has a disagreement with him or straight up just has suspicions of them. I've watched him do this to several people at this point. He's unironically mentally ill and probably on medication.
>>3096212 Full style string: `[@katsura masakazu|@makki \(tobaccos\)|@hiro \(dismaless\):0.02], masterpiece, best quality, traditional media, graphite \(medium\)`

>>3096198 Guys, it happens to you that you see the batch of spam reposts and there are images you are not even sure if you were the one who made them or not?
>>3096219 It kills a lot of textures in images, makes everything look like that 2.5d skin from those artists that have 1000 uploads and all look the same, or to a super flat, cartoonish style, depending on artist tags.
the one silver lining of all this shit is it's way more obvious whenever it's this annoyingly aggressive schizo samefag posting here >>3096224 he knows. that is the retard accusing the other anon of being the spammer
>>3096223 >this is a fresh gen Apologies them, As I said, there are reposts that I doubt if I did myself or not. It happens when you swap styles a lot. And especially if you copy artist mixes from other guys to try to make something similar
>the major proponent of schizoposting and propping up highlightschizo is this faggot >and he's so anti-"spam" because it drowns out and prevents anyone from seeing his shitass begging requests >making the large issues of the thread that it's being run over by samefagging schizos that don't actually participate in the hobby and yet somehow feel entitled to own/operate the thread this actually makes way too much sense and I really hate it.
>>3096262 Cut the white knight bullshit. Spamtranny isn't on some fucking crusade. Nobody had a problem with highlight anon and the threads were fine till he came along; claiming it was just 1 or 2 people so it's fine if I wreck the whole fucking board is a joke
>>3096259 afaik, this only happened in the new 52, Joker takes her to Ace Chemicals and pushes her in. It was quite controversial with fans because, in other versions, it's Harley's choice. It's usually just make-up and a costume she puts on.
>>3096285 If I gave half a shit I'd go through the last four threads and point out where this samefag used this exact same wording to say the exact same point. It's all so tiresome
>>3096286 Don't forget how he keeps using the same arguments, same comebacks, same insults, posts the same requests about the same characters and keeps trying to push for the same changes over and over and over again. As soon he's told to fuck off, bam: he immediately floods the thread wth the same 200 pics or so.
>>3096302 Case in point. You will never get what you want and you will never stop being nothing but a nuisance for everyone about you. I'm glad I'm not your brother, because if you are unbearable in here I can only imagine what a fucking nightmare must be to have you as a son or as a sibling in real life.
>>3096303 I'm sorry but I'm that invested in your shitty general drama. You and the spammer are equally annoying, and the thread would be better off with both of you gone. Ditto.
>>3096271 >Nobody had a problem with highlight anon and the threads were fine till he came along you know that blatant lying doesn't help your case at all? lots of people had issue with him to the point that they left the general because ia schizo hijacked it. they weren't just doing much about it, not many people are willing to waste so much time on trying to expel an annoying schizo
Pink found a street stall selling trinkets- her group's money pouch is going to suffer.
And for what's worth, I never had a problem with our original thread baker and his highlights. Neither I had a problem when my gens didn't made it into the highlights.
>>3096336 Haven't been to a US school, but from what I've seen in europe grades are more a matter of hard work than intelligence. That just gives you a shortcut in math and physics.
>>3096319 Friend, he's been baking for 2 years the thread didn't turn into a ghost town where everyone left. Sure has turned into a ghost town now.
And again, as was explained to you in the previous thread, if anyone has a problem with highlights, hide them. Your solution is one I expect from a 12 year old.
>>3096339 it does not take hard work to get above a C in primary/secondary school. you're unironically retarded if this is the case >>3096340 >friend lol i guess he realized he was getting too annoying and is trying to switch approaches. you know calling everybody the spammer makes it way too obvious it's you, right?
>>3096340 you said that "nobody had a problem with highlight anon" which is not true. the fact that nobody resorted to spamming before the current guy doesn't mean everyone was happy with how the general turned out under ia schizo's occupation. this has been discussed 100 times before though so i don't think there's any point to repeating this shit once again
https://files.catbox.moe/vnn0at.png I check on the thread at lunch and ESL is still tilting at windmills accusing anyone disagreeing with him or hasn't posted recently as being me. Unironically rent free. Also why'd you delete this post about you being mentally healthy and employed bud? To be fair I guess if you spend 6 morning hours on a Wednesday doing this, both of those things are probably untrue.
>>3096345 shut up retard. people have been calling him that for years now. i don't even understand what was the point of you pretending to think people meant "ai schizo" routine earlier >>3096348 kek 2 years ago and people were already joking about ia schizo's retarded obsession with backgrounds
>>3096341 >everyone not me is the same 2 people Jesus fucking H Christ. "Everyone left". There was no mass exodus of people until the spamming started.
>>3096352 i just assume you're the same person because you have a mentally ill schizo pretending to be multiple people for hours now accusing everyone who doesn't support ia schizo of being the same person. and yeah actually, it does seem like it's literally only two guys here right now (including you) shilling for him besides the pink anon
>>3096342 >i-i-i-it's a ghost town! Spam, trolling, samefagging and reposted gens do not count as real activities, especially when our regular posters decide to not post new gens or take any requests because of the deranged asshat who keeps shitting on anything positive we try to achieve in here. Getting rid of the original thread baker and his highlights are NOT positive changes, by the way.
>>3096360 look ia schizo i might fulfill your request to upscale a shitty "abstract" ia gen provided you ask nicely and only if it means you stop whining
>>3096324 I don't think I'm recognizable enough as a poster for my stance to matter. But since there have been a lot of complaints lately about non-gen making opinions. Here we go.
-I do not mind highlights; I check them often, but lots of threads don't even open them. Almost always there is at least one picture of mine there. -I do not mind the thread theme, and I usually partake. I like it actually. Same for templates when we did those. -OP (the FAQ in particular) is super outdated and needs to be reviewed. Not that I would do it myself. -I believe only /u/, /b/, /h/, and /aco/ should be there since they are in direct relation to the rules. -I do not mind the dude asking for topless images; if I like the pic, I will even fulfill the request. If not, I will ignore it. -I do not mind the sailor dude asking stuff because I can ignore it, and on the occasion I like a request because I find it funny, I will even provide -I do not mind other requests, and I may provide them if I find them funny. -I find the spam very annoying, of course, because the threads die too fast and don't really add anything new. -I lost track of how many super angry people there are and if it's two groups fighting or two persons fighting or what
-I come, drop whatever I want to share, check if there are requests I want to do, and provide them if that's the case, so it's the same as always, but then again it's kind of annoying because there are lots of spam images, and even if you filter them to not see them, the new pictures in a thread are very few, so you have an entire thread for 15 pictures, which is dumb.
-I can simply ignore a couple of collages here, a couple of requests there, if I want, but I cannot ignore 275 image slots gone.
>>3096367 >I don't think I'm recognizable enough as a poster for my stance to matter as if "recognizable" is a necessary criterion for your stance to matter. the only one who thinks like that is ia schizo and his shitty avatarfag acolytes. by presenting it like that you're already operating within their flawed framework. reject it
>>3096367 >I cannot ignore 275 image slots gone. Or the same slots filled with either stolen pics to impersoante posters or simply used to spam unpleaseant images >I do not mind the sailor dude asking stuff because I can ignore it, I think he's a repugnant old fart. If I remember correctly, he once admitted to be on his mid fifties and being on the autism spectrum- that's a double NOPE.
The problem with handling requests is that if you fulfill the request made by an asshole he will feel entitled to demand more and more and will shit up all the place out of spite when you get tired of his shit and stop giving him free stuff.
>>3096375 >I think he's a repugnant old fart the hilarious part is he is completely indistinguishable from you. He is your greatest (and probably only) ally, to the point that I'm not entirely convinced you're not the same person. Funny how that works.
>>3096370 >ignoring his arguments >hiding behind narratives thats why no one wants to reason with you anymore >reject it and there you go again claiming ownership of this thread
I like the way as Anima can generate cleaner images and better object interactions. Illustrious was a huge improvement over Pony, but it still had issues like blurred, melted fingers and stuff, something that Anima can handle much better, so I wonder what new improvements will surprise us before this year is over, lol.
>>3096367 You sound like a super OK dude. We need more people like you, bro.
Idk what anybody expected honestly, it's like people forgot they were on 4chan. This site has been a cesspool of dogshit since it's creation. There are solutions to /edg/'s problems but people here care too much about the anonymous moniker that they're willing to continue the neverending cycle that's become of this general rather than move to another platform to share our gens.
>>3096392 idk why people are so scared of a dedicated discord server
anyone who claims to not use discord for communicating, gaming, etc. are just blatantly lying and just afraid of having a name associated with their shitty AI hentai pictures
>>3096397 That's just the way things are unfortunately. You don't know me, I don't know you, everyone here is anonymous so they feel a sense of empowerment and feel like they can be someone they aren't IRL or say or do things they normally wouldn't say IRL. It literally comes down to people hiding behind a monitor, hiding behind a keyboard, and just LARPing as someone they wish they could be outside of 4chan.
>>3096392 There's no such thing as a free lunch. We come to 4chan precisely because of the "anomymouse" label. If it wasn't for that we wouldn't even be here anymore. And the reason we did is because across the internet we see the same problem: cult of personality and high school tier cliques form in online communities, it was that way on the days of AOL, it was that way on the days of forums on geocities, it was that way on the beginnings of social media like Digg, it was that way when Facebook and Twitter and Reddit started taking off, it is that way now, and it'll be that way in the future because human nature is gonna human nature.
Right here you didn't have any of that, and so while you got plenty of shit flinging monkeys all over the place too, by the time the fight was done they were back to friendly conversation the next day because there's no identity to attach to a specific poster, there's no fucking internet historical drama to motivate people to keep a beef going, just cause xXx_SephyrothsRight_xXx didn't like your silly little Sephiroth x Tifa romantic fanfiction.
The problem is precisely because out anonymouse stuff, bad actors cannot be easily identified and it leads to the situation were on right now, where a couple of people have shit up the threads, and there's now a bunch of reactionary morons just replying to everyone about THEM being the spammer, then the spammers gets in on the fun and everyone is the spamer now.
No such thing as a free lunch, this is the price we pay for anonymouse. Human nature is gonna human nature.
>>3096392 Very true brother, and you don't even need to create new discord servers! There is already LAX discord with such cool personalities like Lodestone and bluvoll and chadmix person (they/them). Join and have fun! Fuck /edg/, let's get out of here together:)
>Spammer spams images on imageboard >People get mad, leave, crash out, curse spammer cause they don't get to post their images >Spammer doesn't spam images >Only 51 images have been posted >Everyone just argues with eachother instead
>>3096407 Honestly have no desire to effort gen, when at any time we're 5 mins from a flood of reposts that will bury the gen before people get to see it.
>>3096408 Me neither, I gen occasionally but even when I make something I like and want to post, I don't bother because it'll just get lost in the mess.
For what it's worth, I never cared about whether any of my gens made it into the highlights or not. It was a nice little treat to see something I genned be used as the OP image, anchor or in the highlights but I never genned for the sole purpose of trying to make it. The thread themes have always been alright, some days I didn't feel very creative or know what to gen so themes helped, same with that template phase we went through, those were fun.
>>3096407 >Everyone just argues with eachother instead You mean the spammer constantly argues with itself and answers its own questions nonstop to try to bait real people.
>>3096418 >is the mods and jannies >>3096421 Why did you separate this text post from your image post ESL? So obvious. At the very least remove the shitty signature/watermark from your gen.
>>3096387 I also like the way as Anima can handle submerged characters, as a normal problem when you gen characters bathing and such is that most of times they look as if they were either floating or sitting on a puddle. Also, I'm genning my first video. Wish me luck, everyone wah wah.
>>3096427 I wonder if there's a way to generate fake subtitles that could imitate the 90's styled subs. Yes, I know that Anima can add words and I also know that Photoshop exists, but I mean that particular font, color and style used on pre DVD anime subs.
>>3096438 Semi related, but a red mushroom with white polka dots is guaranteed to be crazy poisonous. Edible mushrooms usually are either plain white or brown.
Been spending time getting used to anima. I don't know if it's just me, but I've found that it works better with simpler character designs, although that's probably the case with most base models. Anima also seems to be much more reliant on loras to not look overcooked compared to illu.
So I decided to try out genning some of my OCs in P&S artstyle.
>>3096481 >>3096477 Yeah, I tried by 100% of times still put the onigiri on the same side. Then I tried to swap the eyepatch insted (with the idea of flipping the image later) and the only time it swapped the eyepatch was the only time it swapped the arm too so was still unusable
>>3096496 I rememberl EL Hazzard as a whole, but I don't remember which one specifically of the versions I hated, I think was the tv retale sequel, but not sure...my memories are kind of fuzzy. Iffurita best girl...the one from the original series, not the one from other of the interpretations where she was the funny evil dude lackey...
Seriously this anime was such a ride, any new sequel was like an entire different series
That's Ifurita in the original OVA; in the TV series remake, The Wanderers, Ifurita is more openly comedic (until the final arc), a brunette and with a more conservative costume. The whole series is broadly tamped down, vas you'd expect for a 1990s proto-isekai adventure TV broadcast series (no lesbian crown princess, etc.).
The sequels all followed the OVA; part of that AIC/Pioneer catalogue that I remember from my childhood and I'll still revisit every few years.
>>3096531 day 10 of infinite days since you cant take a no for an answer and you think that if you keep repeating the same thing over and over again something different might happen just for you
>>3096539 IIRC, the guy said he had a bunch of personal notes in his workflow that he didn't want to share. Although, idk why he couldn't just duplicate the flow, delete the notes and then share the workflow but it is what it is, some people just don't want to share their shit.
>>3096558 i've talked to you a few times about mdf_an. i haven't been here in a bit cause of all the chaos but i recently downloaded base anima 1.0 or whatever and tried using mdf an just to see and it doesn't come out very great lol
https://files.catbox.moe/jt3kl6.jpg not gonna waste an image slot but idk why the background comes out like that. i tried a few different samplers and schedulers, think this one was euler a + normal but they all kinda come out the same.
>>3096563 Bro he is not using anima mdf_an, he is a faggot using a lora someone generously shared here and then gatekeeps that LOL. https://mega.nz/folder/ctl1FYoK#BYlpywutnH4psbEcxsbLLg/folder/N1lV2YiK There is also an actual mdf_an lora there too: https://mega.nz/folder/ctl1FYoK#BYlpywutnH4psbEcxsbLLg/folder/8wlhTYBK
>>3096613 I think the cunny/not cunny indicator the mods are going by is hip width. You can post Lilith as long as you stick to her authentic body type; thigh beast washboard
>>3096618 lmao no. They generally just go by reports. If you get reported enough you could have a DD chest with whatever hip size you want and it'll still get deleted and you potentially getting a ban if the mod that reviewed it doesn't give a shit. The only way to be "safe" is to use catbox on anything actually NSFW that has a chance to trigger the schizo complaining about "muh childrenz!" on 4chan of all fucking places. (this also triggers them really bad but they can't do anything about it)
>>3096566 hey that's my folder, cheers >Bro he is not using anima mdf_an, he is a faggot using a lora someone generously shared here and then gatekeeps that LOL. i only lurk for the most part and check in every few days but every time i see that nigga play coy about the lora when someone asks i cringe a bit. i'll probably rebake it for 1.0 at some point but i've got a bunch of more interesting styles queued up >>3096568 mdf an is trained on the artist mdf an's illustrations. mdfanise is trained solely on ai gens is pretty distinct from the actual artist's style
>>3096647 wouldn't be of use because the lora is unobtainium at the moment. prompt is just >masterpiece, best quality, very aesthetic, solo, @<artist>, 1girl, solo, zuihou \(kancolle\), fundoshi, mizu happi, bent over, upside-down, between legs, limited palette, sketch lora is trained on a custom dataset using art from this guy https://x.com/mo_cha_22/media model is anima base
>>3096622 Thanks for baking those btw. I was initially pretty upfront about using your loras, but as this schizo >>30965313096531 turned up i stopped spoonfeeding. I also didn't know how to feel about spreading your link around. I presumed if you wanted this shit public you would have posted them on civit. in the future, would you like me to give the link when anons ask?
Purely anecdotal and needs testing, but I get the impression that Anima v1.0 struggles more at maintaining object permanence across occlusions near the top end of its native res. SD is already bad at this, but I feel like I'm running larger batches just to dodge that one issue while the rest of the image is fine. Maybe it's the higher res itself? More spatial area to keep coherent?
>>3096667 I too struggle with Anime ignoring or not generating pieces when prompt gets complex enough. Not sure if it is resolution problem. Or conditioning complexity problem.
>>3096667 Its native res is 1mpix. Any more is just russell trying to push it higher as a workaround for that issue with img2img upscaling artifacts.
>>3096671 Object permanence is a psychology term for what kids learn in their early months, that an object continues to exist as a whole even if all or part of it is hidden by something else. In imagegen it usually means whether a long object like a spear, pillar, railing, etc lines up on both sides of the 1girl.
>>3096677 >Its native res is 1mpix. Any more is just russell trying to push it higher as a workaround for that issue with img2img upscaling artifacts. You saying me genning portrait at 2.3mpix is not a good idea. And I should stay lower?
>>3096684 Resolution. If you look at preview1 before it received any high-res training, it gets more and more unstable at higher res the same way SDXL does.
>>3096685 >masterpiece, best quality, very aesthetic, solo, @<artist>, shirasaka koume, half-closed eyes, black hoodie, sleeves past fingers, from below, squatting, covering mouth, frilled skirt, no panties, thighhighs, gritty, faux traditional media, neon theme, painting \(medium\), [colorful: :0.1], [chromatic aberration: :.4], [ :red lineart:0.3] same negs/settings as >>3096650 same unobtanium lora, to boot. artist for that one was https://x.com/L3mEmc358/media
>>3096695 anon pls you're going to trigger the schizo into shouting samefag again. >masterpiece, best quality, very aesthetic, solo, @<artist>, aqua \(konosuba\), upskirt, no panties, cleft of venus, sitting, spread legs, holding cup, beer, drunk, > <, open mouth, smile, table, tavern, limited palette you already have the artist/other settings.
So, If I pick anima and merge it with a bunch of lora that are very moe and cute, the result will be a personal merge that has a bias towards moe cute stuff? I know mixes are models with lora added to them to give the model certain bias, but not sure what's the exact process
>>3096697 I'm just pointing out he's going to keep spamming the same thing over and over again the same as he claims I've been doing(as if I have the time or drive for that bullshit). >>3096699 tbdesu it's kind of more of a gimmick than not but it has a lot of tricks. I'm just testing to check potential viable ways of training small dataset styles on anima. (image related is also using the same lora, but the dataset for this one is entirely synthetic and don't really have an artist to share for it)
>>3096703 Nope anima merges dont behave like normal sdxl merges.
if you stack a bunch of super moe cute loras you can actually oversaturate the latent withe the same traits the model starts compensating the other direction. you will end up with sharp faces, flat expressions, smaller eyes, etc. basically more realistic proportions instead of extra cute.
people think loras add together like 1+1+1 but anima was built with trait pressure baked in. it is smarter than people realize so far. if you want cute and moe, your best bet is to prompt for it
>>3096733 I dunno bro, we used to have great posters but spammer burned everything to the ground. I'll stick around, hopefully when they leave we can rebuild the thread to what it was but Discord is not an option because it has leaders and rules. This place was great but only so long as everyone behaved reasonably. It's surprising how one person can tear everything down, but let's be honest, this is the fault of the mods. I've been banned for far less than what we've seen in the last month. moot never would have put up with this shit.
>>3096738 Agreed, spamtranny(s) fucking sucks. They're worse than all other thread "grievances" combined (outdated op, non-namefag but recognizable posters, highlights, themes, repetitive requests). You'd think they'd be thrilled to post in /egg/ and /hgg/, but they seem more interested in our attention than posting gens.
>>3096741 Did you ever think that the recognizable posters, highlights and themes were part of what made the threads work? So >just post in /egg/ is not an option because it strips out everything we enjoyed?
>>3096759 The thread's rules. Sadly the site's and the board's rules do not account for threads focused on OC. Drawthreads suffer from the same thing, technically anyone can spam it with random pics off the net as long as they're /e/.
>>3096760 Spamming is against the rules and is a bannable offense, mods have simply stopped enforcing it which is why I mentioned this would never have happened under moot.
But I guess you're too new to remember when you'd log on and 7 of 10 pages of an entire board were deleted at once for spam. Spam does not mean: people posting ads. It's repeated flooding of a board to disrupt it.
>i-i-it's against the rules I swear to god it's against the rules!11!!1! >mods just don't enforce it anymore I swear! but it's against the rules! for serious! >i-i-ignore that they've never actually enforced it that way but TRUST ME THEY TOTALLY DID! I've seen it I swear! >what? satellite? doesn't ring a bell
>>3096757 I do think that, which is why I oppose spamtranny's crusade against all the things that make /edg/ what it is. If he hates it here so much he should simply leave.
>>3096792 They changed the header in IRC to "You will be banned for reporting here or in whisper" and people here using the report feature to report the spam all got handed 3days, so it's condoned apparently.
>arguably the highest quality edg thread in god knows how long >nogen still keeps rattling off about the same things like clockwork instead of posting gens what causes this behavior?
>>3096796 Same shit that happens in every AI gen thread in any board that has one -fags who hate AI post any shit possible to piss people off so they leave and stop generating images. These posts will never have images because they don't want to gen in the first place. -they will do this obsessively to intentionally ruin threads
In short just ignore posts without images. (I will go back to doing this starting after this message)
>>3096795 >and people here using the report feature to report the spam all got handed 3days, I reported several times the spam and never got a single warn. If someone got banned for reporting my only best guess is they were reporting for some random shit instead of "flooding" and "trolling outside of /b/" I used those two several times before deciding filtering everything with the script. That solves the visualzation problem but not the problem of slots being gone obviously
>>3096801 I got a 3day when i reported many of the spam images at once, but not when i only reported 1. In cases where i only reported 1, that single image was removed by a janny, but the rest stayed up. Occasionally a mod will actually intervene and remove all the posts associated with a single IP, but that's pretty rare.
>>3096808 There was a Japanese girl who got married in the original Wedding Peach combat wedding dress because she was a huge fan of the series and her combat suit is technically still a wedding dress in the lore. Let me see if I can find an image.
>>3096832 every third gen or so the model gives up and gives her ponytails. fortunately, it's simple enough to fix. she's also supposed to have a little green in her eyes. although making them blue is just easier. https://files.catbox.moe/6ilzlp.jpg
>>3096821 >>3096822 >>3096833 May I suggest something that we haven't collectively tried yet, as a group? Just ignore the spam and the troll comments. If it isn't directly related to ecchi or 1girl stuff, just ignore it. If it's about drama or thread politics or the different, named personalities and their faults, then just ignore it. Do not engage. And when we get a thread without any spam in it, don't keep talking about it. Obviously, I've had to mention it to make this suggestion. Anybody who replies to this by pointing out that I'm prolonging the drama is a troll. Don't reply to them. I won't be replying to them. In fact, in the spirit of ignoring all this drama, I won't reply to anyone who replies to this. But I would urge everyone to consider mentally blocking it out and to just get on with the ecchi stuff.
>>3096841 It can be, but unfortunately people feel the need to respond to it for whatever reason they make up in their brain.
There's also the issue of people having the ability to pretend to be "someone else". For all you know, I could be the spammer, for all I know, you could be the spammer.
One person could sit ITT and argue with himself until people pick a side and start throwing shit at the other and the cycle just continues.
>>3096842 >One person could sit ITT and argue with himself until people pick a side and start throwing shit at the other and the cycle just continues. :) are you saying this from experience?
It's laughable when I come into this thread and see the retarded ESL IA Schizo make like four different posts calling everybody he disagrees with the spammer or trying to instigate more shitposting. Never change. See you next time I check in tomorrow or when you inevitably decide to try to bring your shitty highlights back. I will also be there.
>>3096840 I won't claim the entire discussions are made by only one person. But considering the gap between replys (they always come back to back), I could swear most part of the time is either someone answering their own questions OR a couple (may be three) dudes answering each other. And I could swear most actual regulars already do what you are suggesting now.
>>3096854 I tried a lot of attempts to get her with Meowscarda but they all either gave me a gijinka version of the pokemon or fused the aspects of the pokemon into Juliana.
>>3096997 >Why is there a spammer For quite a while now, the spammer (before he started this spam-fest) has been complaining about many aspects of the thread but he was always rebuked on all of them and so the thread returned to normal. >and why is he spamming Since no one was really playing any attention to him anymore, the spammer has now went all in into spamming the thread to try and force his "demands" in.
Right now, he was tricked into a truce and so this particular thread is somewhat left to go at the moment.
Trying to describe pose and camera angle for person lying in bed, that isn't just straight up top-down view, is fucking nightmare.
Especially if mentioning things like headboards or footboards would just change the shot so they are fully in view, breaking the composition. Same with any mention of room the bed is in.
Even spent 4 bucks on Flux trying to generate a example image. Same fucking story.
I'm seriously considering getting into 3D modeling.
>>3097007 Also, that gen only exists because of chance. No way it is reproducible from promt. Also, it is wrong because prompt specifies top view. Which that is not.
>>3097008 That's like the most basic pose you can have, what are you talking about? Is it something about the bed itself? Check the archives, there's a thousand gens like that. You might be psyching yourself out trying to use natural language here when smart use of tags would do the trick.
>>3097009 I guess my main issue was trying to describe the bed and the room in too much detail. This caused generation to include too much of the bed and room, diminishing the woman and making any attempts at pointing the camera at the woman to fail.
>That's like the most basic pose you can have, what are you talking about? >Check the archives, there's a thousand gens like that. >You might be psyching yourself out trying to use natural language here when smart use of tags would do the trick. Not saying you are making things up, but I would appreciate some examples.
>>3097011 If you want to describe something other than the main subject in too much detail, it helps to first get a gen out with the low details, then either i2i or inpaint the parts with the upgraded prompt. I'll get examples in a bit when I'm able to gen.
>>3097011 I guess I got something working. The main issue was definitely trying to mentioning the bed and room, and trying to describe them. The generator then put more focus on those things, taking focus from the woman.
Using bedframe and wall as subjects fixed most of those issues.
>>3097031 Bro, it took three attempts, but eventually you knocked it out of the park, so once again, thank you so very much. I've been experimenting with different checkpoints, mostly because my favorite ones (Anima Wai) stopped being available since yesterday wah wah and I keep being amazed at all the interesting stuff this model can do compared to the (also good) Illustrious one.
My biggest challenge with anima so far has been trying to retain consistency between multiple images of the same character in the same style. Pics related.
>>3097049 I noticed you're using WAI-Anima. That uses p3 as the base model, whereas that LoRA was trained on v1.0. Have you tried it with v1.0 yet? You'll be able to generate at higher resolutions.
Btw, as an alternative style, you can also swap out "anime coloring, anime screenshot" for "official art, textless cover page". That pushes it more toward the official cover art for the OVA that's in the dataset.
>>3097054 I will try that once Wai Anima is available again, thanks. Man, only Wai Aima was able to reproduce that 90's anime cel style I was looking for all along, and JUST when I finally was getting the hang of it, bam- the checkpoint is removed until enough people bid for it again, wah wah.
>>3096878 >>3096880 Flat, unshaded face pasted over a shaded body = flawed character model. Yes, by posting your pic on a public message board, you DID ask for criticism.
>>3097064 >'No fun' counter Ah, so you are just another retard who thinks that real life has magic meme words that work like cheat codes. The planet is shit precisely because of 'people' like you.
>>3097067 I dunno why people give him attention tee bee eich. As far as myself goes, I'm posting badly made porn. I know it's badly made and I'm not looking to improve or require advice, or research color theory or camera angles, etc. Cause my main reason for making porn with AI is masturbation, not acclaim, not building cults of personality, not a patreon or any other sort of online business.
My aim is to jerk off, and I successfully manage to do that with the current quality of the porn I make. Fission Mucking accomplished.
>>3097063 I am the person that did those images and I have to tell you that I agree with your criticism. Also, the dataset must be hideous cause I had to add "chromatic aberration" to negatives as well as try a ton of seeds before getting an image where the sunset didn't make the image green.
I didn't do that model picked it for fulfilling the request.
Dude, I love how Anima can handle proper character sizes. No more gens where Pink is as tall as the guy she's interacting with no matter what prompts I used.
>>3097081 not even remotely. different lora revision but same as >>3096648 just with a post processing original for reference https://files.catbox.moe/sfll7k.png need to do testing but might upload this revision, or at least a revision sometime in the next day or two.
>>3097090 https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts?tags=hatsushiro_mamimu this is the actual artist. the dataset is from their secondary twitter account and is extremely curated to target a specific look/aesthetic. @m0ch4 is just a tag used in training to prevent any sort of overlap with any other potential tag.(which is why you're not finding anything from it, it's intentional)
>>3097091 Thanks. The artist look cute. And your generations look very cute. But honestly, I don't see the resemblance between the gens you made and that artist at all. I can't give you any advice because I have not tried to train styles with Anima yet.
If you aimed to create sort of like own personal cute style it worked, looks cute and nice, but if you are trying to replicate that artist...NOPE
>>3097099 >I don't see the resemblance between the gens you made and that artist at all. do you even know how to read? >the dataset is from their secondary twitter account and is extremely curated to target a specific look/aesthetic.
>>3097105 Cool gen, but this doesn't look very faithful to m0ch4's art style from what I can see. If I may ask, how many images did you use in the dataset? For a style LoRA, I usually aim for a minimum of 100. How many steps did you complete? If it's Anima, I recommend at least 1,200 for the style to take hold. Remember, training a style is slightly different than training a character. With a character LoRA, you can get away with a low network dim of 16 or 32. For style, I tend to use a dim of 64 because there are more details for the model to learn. The key to LoRA training is trial and error. And even if you didn't capture the style of m0ch4 this time, that LoRA is not wasted. It's still usable as its own unique style.
>>3097110 this is a real abject level of shitposting. careful, there are people in this thread who probably think you're providing legitimate, albeit unsolicited, information.
>>3097111 There's nothing wrong with what I said about LoRA training. I realised I got the artist's name wrong, so I thought that would account for the mismatch in styles. However, when I looked up Hatsushiro Mamimu on Danbooru, I saw that it's not their style either. So, something has gone very wrong when training the LoRA, either in the dataset, the LR, or the network dim. Btw, if you don't know what LR stands for, then you shouldn't be training LoRA models in the first place. That's the problem right there.
>>3097114 That's fine, I didn't pretend to be you either. Now that I've read the other comments, I have more context.
>>3097104 >>3097105 I think I see the problem. You tried to train a style LoRA using a small, specific dataset from the artist's secondary Twitter. That is never going to produce results that will look recognisable as the artist's general style. The model can only learn what you show it.
Did you know that you can make subfolders in your dataset folder? You can give each subfolder a different number of repeats in training. Here's what I would do in your situation. I would make two subfolders. In one, I would put Mamimu's stuff from Danbooru, that's the main style, at least 200 good images. In the 2nd folder, I would put the secondary Twitter stuff. You can then adjust the repeats for each subfolder, depending on which way you want the LoRA to lean.
TL;DR: the LoRA was never gonna learn their style if you didn't show it to the model during training.
>>3097118 >That is never going to produce results that will look recognisable as the artist's general style Consider that perhaps he did want to train this alternate style, and not the artist's general one.
>>3097120 I hear you. Wanting ChatGPT to leave can feel really overwhelming, and it sounds like you're carrying a lot right now. Your reaction makes sense given the situation.
>>3097126 Making observations is fun >people post comments >/e/ stands for ecchi >215 images have been posted >users are anonymous >it is friday >the thread started on wednesday
>>3097126 There are 215 pictures. These threads were always slow, like everything in the /e/ board, before the spammer and the thread is only 2 days old.
Can anyone help me with tagging multiple artists with anima? Is it the same way as before where it's like (artist1:0.5), (artist2:0.5)? Or is it different?
>>3097132 By tagging you mean prompting? It is the same, but the text encoder really doesn't like mixing styles. I've had better success with prompt editing, either from one artist to another or swapping at every step.
>>3097126 >>3097133 I don't know why you keep schizoposting like this. edg usually lasted 5-10 days before the spammer, by the way. Meaning this thread is actually incredibly fast in comparison :)
>>3097135 If you're using an A1111 fork, for example some variant of Forge, you can put in [@artist1|@artist2] in your prompt and it'll switch between them every other step. For more information, see https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/wiki/Features#prompt-editing
People are using this as a workaround to Anima not taking well to multiple artists.
In short, instead of the old @artist1, @artist2 you would do [@artist1:@artist2:X], where X is a ratio going from 0.1 to 0.9. It starts genning with one artist then switches to another. Or [@artist1|@artist2:Y], it keeps switching between artists every Y steps. X and Y are optional, you can leave out both the value and the colon before them.
You can also use this for any other prompt, not just artists. My favorite is [slingshot swimsuit:competition swimsuit]
>>3097139 Wouldn't your prompt have artist1, artist2 and artist3 in the prompt from the start, artist2 twice and artist3 from step 10 on, artist2 and artist3 twice from step 20 on and artist2, artist3 and artist4 for step 25 on? The prompt editing is limited to inside the brackets and the next set of brackets can't remove what was introduced by the previous one, you'd need to nest them to do what you're saying they're doing.
>>3097143 Huh? Don't question advice on /edg/, these people are experienced, professional genners. They wouldn't post any advice without extensive testing first. Have some fucking respect, summerfag
I don't know if the guy who started the gogalking styled, feudal japan themed, nude animal girl collage but if you're here lurking, I remember you saying there wasn't a monkey yet. Here's my submission for a monkey girl, lmk what you think.
>>3097145 Hi, yes that's me. this is not really what I had in mind at all. she is too monkey in the face. consider this, cat girls do not have cat faces. they have cat ears, that's the extent of it. This is more female monkey, rather than monkey girl. Try again
>>3097146 Can you post the collage of all the current ones? I tried looking it up in the archive but when I found it, I couldn't enlarge it, said it isn't in the database or something.
>>3097151 What, no, please keep genning her. I didn't know the project had such interest. I will revive it. I just felt discouraged by the spam recently
>>3097143 No idea, I did a few times only. Always gave the results as good and called it a day but stopped caring, I guess I was doing it wrong then. I asked chat gpt and it also say its wrong so you must be right.
Chat gpt tells me you should do something like: 1girl, standing, [@artist1:[@artist2:[@artist3:@artist4:0.83]:0.66]:0.33]
May be is correct, may be not. I'm learning this too, I was convinced I was doing it right, I mean the images ended kind of mixing styles so... or may be it was my eyes.
>>3097152 I have an inkling that this is just a troll so unless you can somehow prove you are who you say you are, I will not be responding to you any further after this.
>>3097157 Earlier steps have more impact on the overall composition/shape of an image while the later steps mostly impact details like lineart, texture and shading. An artist in the middle probably doesn't get to leave much impact at all since the main composition is already set and the finest details are yet to come.
>>3097172 Alternating seems like a better (or at least easier) way to include multiple styles. It should also run a lower risk of adding signatures and watermarks, but it might impact fine detail a bit. I'm not sure, gotta experiment a little more.
is there a trick to get good pixels on anima? I just tried the first lora that popped up and it's fucking ass. Could just be a bad lora though. I also have no idea how to use anima if there's a knack to it.
>>3097235 Well, for starters you could try prompting pixel art instead of blindly resorting to loras. But it looks nice, not sure what the issue is. They're actually monocolor squares, unlike back on SDXL.
>>3097275 when it was posted it was 4am EST which would've been 1am PST. Technically saturday but way too early to consider it "saturday morning," so it would definitely still have qualified as "friday night." either way, this thread is faster than the average edg thread pre-spam. The threads usually lasted 7-10 days, with a few rare exceptions that it would be filled within 5 or so. And we're more than 2/3rds the way there on day 3.
>>3097273 Being able to decide what other people got to enjoy was something spammer said was their right because it's what everyone wanted. That was clearly a lie.
We've lost half our posters, like this guy who used to post girls with bar codes. Gone. Good job, spammer.
>>3097285 why are are you reposting an image from september? https://archive.palanq.win/e/thread/3000101/#3000610 also unless the guy changed his default resolution, the most recent post with a barcode was posted in January, which is long, long before any "spammer" came along.
Why do you have to be such a schizo? When are you going to figure out that you're probably the worst aspect of this thread?
>>3097285 the bimbo elves guy, who one who kept trying to make robbutts style work, the shirow guy, the FF Tactics guy, the small green-haired dragon just the first few I could think of
>>3097277 >The threads usually lasted 7-10 days, with a few rare exceptions that it would be filled within 5 or so. Lol what? It's the opposite of that. The thread usually takes 4-5 days to fill. Over a week would be the exception, when people are busy with holidays like Christmas
>>3097304 here's a random thread from the end of feb/start of march https://archived.moe/e/thread/3057371/ First post was feb 24th, last march 2nd so 6 days The next thread started March 2nd, ended march 6th - this was a really fast thread! The thread following that was march 7th through March 13th, back to 6 days. Then march 13th through march 19th, 6 days again. After that was March 19th to 24th, so 5 days, but this marks the birth of what some would consider to be spam. So average seems to be 6ish days, give or take. Either way this thread is far from slow.
>>3097311 Yeah, and I checked the archive for six other threads from Jan to Feb, and they were all 4-5 days long. My point was just that >7-10 days is not the norm. That statement made me question my own recollection
Awe, it's the little explorer mouse. I missed him.
And yes, it's been pretty rough lately. I don't have any solution myself except for popping in on occasion and checking the damage, it really did depend on "reasonable behavior", but the nature of the site itself was always on the verge of breaking down I suppose.
>>3097339 why do people keep calling eachother "IA schizo"? what does IA stand for? same with ESL, i keep seeing these thrown around but idk what any of it means lmao
>>3097336 >>3097337 and i still enjoy your elves. i'm glad you're around. on the subject of catsuits, i'm trying to prompt a very "pronounced" covered crotch that isn't cameltoe. kinda like how it looks in panties sometimes but on a different garment. any thoughts? putting cameltoe in the neg obviously helps but i'm wondering if there's a tag
Thanks for posting all the catbox links. Sometimes people drop one or two amazing gens and leave out the rest of the batch, so I always appreciate being able to browse the whole set. Especially when the concept is as unique as yours.
I also noticed you uploaded everything as JPEGs instead of PNGs. Completely understandable. Some secrets are meant to stay buried. If I had discovered the AI equivalent of turning lead into gold, I probably wouldn't hand over the metadata either lol. I can only imagine what kind of forbidden machinery is hidden under the hood of these
>>3097360 >more than a third of replies have an image attached before you even factor in the boxed images Seems like a good ratio to me. Conversation isn't inherently a problem and more images isn't necessarily a good thing as we've seen recently.
>>3097138 Tried this method today at different ratios and different artist mixes. Got a few interesting results. But also got some of the most fucked and mangled Anima gens that I've seen since Anima was released in February
>>3097381 it would be even more funny if spiderman pushed her into the pit and said: "Relax, cats always land on their feet…" then a third image with spiderman alone saying "may be not"
>>3097391 One of those was valid and reasonably funny. Come on, don't tell me if spiderman pushed her right after wouldn't look funny. Even more so if he does some cat pun
are there any other angles that work aside from the usual like "from above, below, side, behind" etc. idk if "dynamic angle" works but im having a brain fart and cant think of any other kind of angles.
>>3097411 Right. There's loads of stuff that wasn't possible before, if you can figure out how to phrase it so the model understands. It is an LLM, but a tiny one.
>>3097348 >I have no idea what IA means though. I'm going to assume he refers to "Inteligencia Artificial" which is Artificial Intelligence in spanish.
>>3097464 Usually I ask for requests, my bad. I'm not trying to be an annoying namefag or anything. People don't seem to do requests around here as much, though. >>3096837 This is pretty simple, surprised nobody did it. Is this the right character? I can't tell since I don't know who this is.
Thanks, it's nice to hear someone is enjoying my gens. As for your question, I was wondering what you might've meant by "pronounced" without cameltoe (bulbous? swollen?), but it looks like someone else knew what you needed.
As noted, the highlighter (I think) used to periodically request wallpaper-style gens featuring IA from Vocaloid. I never minded, and did a few of them myself. I assume that's what they meant.
>>3097473 We learned in customer service that when you lose a customer they almost never come back. The problem is that they build habits in some other place and you've lost them.
People are trying to salvage the thread. Pink anon has like 20 images this thread alone. I have about 9 of varying styles, I usually only contribute 2-3. That's not typical and it's because a lot of regulars are gone.
>>3097465 >People don't seem to do requests around here as much, though Things are still tense at the moment. >>3097477 Weekend time also does not help. Having said that, most anons come and go but then do return all the time.
>>3097477 I think a lot of people are just holding their breath in case someone starts spamming again. Once some more time has passed, I think we'll probably regain some of our old crowd. Personally, I'm okay with a slower thread for once. It's not like we're in any kind of rush to end the thread asap.
>>3097488 >>3097491 these are really nice >>3097492 volleyball uniforms are god's gift >>3097472 > I was wondering what you might've meant by "pronounced" something along the lines of >>3097493 notice how the crotch/pussy is outlined so it's noticeable but no cameltoe. it's not groin lines either, those are to the sides
>>3097479 >>3097480 >>3097491 >>3097477 >>3097473 The spammer hasn't gone. They claimed they're giving this thread a pass because someone botched the highlights links. When OP bakes the next thread and posts his highlights from this thread, the spam will start again.
>>3097500 so you're saying if there's no highlights there won't be spam? seems reasonable. anyone who posts highlights is pretty clearly out for ruining the thread.
>>3097504 I'm here and if IA Schizo does his bullshit again I will be back with mine. Might be a little late today though depending on how quickly he shits on the next thread.
>>3097473 I'm still here, I'm an oldfag, I know that when two filthy autismal monkeys start shitflinging the best thing to do is ignore them, just come back once daily to check if the shitflinging is still ongoing. Then again I'm also not that well known of a poster since all of my posts are just regular run of the mill french vanilla 102D slop without artist mixing, so it's not like you guys would miss me like you miss Solangefag or any of the other old anons who used to frequent our threads.
>>3097537 What part of that was an argument, dumbfuck? Not that I'd expect much coherency from a retarded actual Canadian jeet that samefags in a DALL-E thread of all places lol
Actually, you should accuse some random posters of being the spammer some more. That was entertaining. I guess it got a bit humiliating being told to fuck off so many times that you had to cool off, though. Pity.
