Wait I just looked and realized the jeet actually got manipulated into not baking the next thread and then calls it a troll thread. Lol what a stupid gullible cretin. You know what, that’s funny enough to take a break for now. I’m sure he’ll try to twist this into a win somehow. See you later jeet. I better have fresh highlights next thread.
>>3103905 >that’s funny enough to take a break for now The threads may be getting erased one by one now but we are again in the range of 10-12 threads after the last big purge. The spammer always finds an excuse (be it a "truce" or getting tricked into it) to take a rest at these intervals.
>>3103960 I really lilke the helmet with the spots for the horns and ears The part I'm not sold is legs and arms being like gloves/thighhighs rather thn mering into her skin
>>3103963 well, yes, know the feel. If that shit was open I probably would be working already in some sort of H animation. But since not I have to cope with an occassional borderline sfw generation dreamming about the day is possible
>>3103962 It was lucky that "ears through headware, horns through headware," are known tags. I agree with the thighhigh thing, it was a compromise to get the giraffe print to go mid thigh instead of the entire leg, I'll tweak the prompt and see what I can do.
>>3103974 >She's a chicken! Ouch! Well, let's leave it as her being a very hot chick, then! Also, Civitai restored Anima generation, but for members only- the rest will have to wait for a few days. That sounds fair.
>>3103986 >For non-thighhigh/sleeve limbs I've always had to do animal hands/legs and thighhighs/sleeves in negs, otherwise it's getting gloved Yeah, that's what I'm wrestling with https://files.catbox.moe/rlp4ff.jpeg.
>>3103944 >>3103945 has anyone tried doing stuff like this with the latest seedance? i mean i doubt we could get fully uncensored stuff, but i wonder if it could do battle damage or ripped clothes
Aaand Civitai restored Anima generation, yaaay and yahoo. Also, dude. I just genned Pink eating a burger, but looks like her town sells goliath burgers or something lol.
>>3104032 Did you use "leopard print" as a prompt for the clothes?
Fun fact: giraffes used to be called "camelopards" because they were believed to be a mixture of camel and leopard. The northern giraffe's scientific name is even "Giraffa camelopardalis".
>>3104032 i just want to reassure her that it's going to be ok. this kinda girl triggers my saviourfog instincts >>3104057 cute! >>3104058 those boots, my my. i wouldn't say no to more (neo) zeon elves
>>3104082 >it's the mind control that turns sluts into tomboys >it's a slutty tomboy that mind controls (you) >it's the mind control that turns tomboys into sluts Ambiguous...
The sheer gamut of Zeon uniforms does make it hard to gen them...correctly. At least, the most iconic ones. It's ironically easier to consistently generate a nonspecific uniform like her black uniform with consistently correct details. Still, worth a try.
If I had to guess without a catbox, I'd say some overly-weighted across-the-board style LoRA or denoising at too high a value. It depends on the model, of course.
I downloaded Kohya ss for Lora training. Guide said to create a .txt file for each image with tags including the new tag at the top of the list. Starting with a character Lora with 70 images placed into a folder. Took a damn eternity.
What should my settings be? I have 8 gigs of Vram. I hope that's enough.
>>3104142 Sick, i love seeing different styles/approaches to the same character.
Your covered navel is a little fried though, have you tried turning down the denoise on your upscaler? That was the usual culprit for me.
>>3104136 The model won't know whatever tag that is, but I'm sure there's a lora on civitai that would get there. It's also probably possible to get that through natural language prompting, but would take a lot of trial and error. Either way, it would take more effort than it's probably worth unless someone really needed their specific character doing the meme.
>>3104108 The OP text has badly needed an update for a long time. I tried to raise awareness recently, and I was branded an accomplice of the spammer. I even took notes from other anons and made a list of changes. But the baker won't implement simple fixes while the spammer is still active because... uh- gosh, I don't remember why. But it's not because they're lazy, if that's what you were thinking
>>3104149 You could have simply posted a pastebin link of your proposed updates. Try doing that instead of whatever female-coded bitching and whining this is. I'm sorry you think the baker is neglecting your needs, but you are very ignoreable.
>>3104149 Would you be willing to write out an updated text in a post? That way we can simply copy and paste it in. Highlight anon has shown multiple times that he's willing to use someone else's threads. I think we should simply start using yours so long as you don't try to post it early. Sorry if anyone else tried to make you feel unwelcome.
>>3104150 What if she had small non-flight low wings that covered her hips, maybe evocative of a ruffled flamenco skirt? She coulf have a fan as a weapon.
>>3104154 >I'm sorry you think the baker is neglecting your needs, but you are very ignoreable. Not my needs, buddy. The OP text recommends that newbies use AutismMix. That's objectively out of date. Unless you think AutismMix is the latest and the greatest, then it concerns you, as well. It concerns the whole thread. You say that I bitch and whine, but if you stand by the OP text as it is today, then you must be a no-gen, or a troll
>>3104196 >then you must be a no-gen, or a troll NTA but can you actually write what changes (lines added, removed, etc) you want in the OP in a post instead of just complaingin?
>>3104149 Just post the fucking thing yourself then. Either at the start of a thread, at the end of one, or make the thread yourself. Complaining that someone else isn't responding to a text post in the middle of the thread, when you could do it at the right times or do it yourself, is just retarded.
>>3104212 >>3104178 >>3104175 which model did you use to animate these? Honestly don't look good, but if there is a model that can locally gen this type of stuff I'm willing to try at least
>>3104199 >>3104219 these are with 10eros (ltx2.3 tune). Wan is works much better, I think, but its just so much slower, so I'm trying to get this to work. Its...its not going well, lol.
>>3104220 It's interesting as a proof of concept, like >>3104219 said, I'm also waiting for the local tech to be "good enough" before I spend the time to adopt, so it's promising to see what it's looking like now. It's not great, but an improvement over last year and I'm starting to think it will be "good enough" pretty soon.
>>3104224 Main issue with Wan is the 5-second limit. You want a longer vid it turns into a 3-hour project of rerolling transition frames >>>/h/8885448
>>3104220 LTX used to be terrible at anime and completely censored, I'll have to try this new finetune if they actually had the hardware to make a real one.
I've been trying to figure out how to prompt breast pillows for hours now with no luck since I want the pillow user to be facing away from the pillow holder.
Haven't done much with this character in a little while. I've genned her in different time periods up to the modern era, and I'm wondering if I should take her to more futuristic settings. Is that something anyone would want to see, or would that ruin the historical/light fantasy feel that I've been going for with her?
the whole animal girl thing started as like a feudal japan thing and i feel like it's gotten kind of out of hand? maybe its just me. i feel like if we continue, we need to separate them into different factions or something.
>>3104252 go for it, I'd love to see her in something cyberpunk. >>3104256 i think every single breast pillow related image on danbo has the characters face-to-face or face-to-side.
>>3104263 on anima two girls sleeping, lying perpendicular. drool, nipples,, from above,, grey tanktop, black dolphin shorts,, blond haired girl lying on back, head on breast, sleeping on person. head on chest,, Brown haired girl with pointy ears laying on lying on back on another's breasts. She is lying sideways with her head lying on person. sideways, both girls are face up towards the viewer, (front-to-back:1.5), navel, behind another., (lying on back:1.5), breast squished under head. NEGATIVE worst quality, low quality, score_1, score_2, score_3, artist name, 3d, shiny skin, dark-skinned female, face down, (hug:2), kiss, from side, (on side:2),
And every gen still has her diving face first into the titties
>>3104253 The scope of the thing is expanding pretty wide, but I'm not stressed about it. I would like to spend more time developing existing characters, but I also want to include good suggestions as they come up. Not interested in telling someone their cute girl not going to be included because she doesn't fit the feudal Japanese vibe. I want as many cute girls as possible.
I also like the one off "foreign exchange students". It's cool that Jaguar is BR, smallsnake is indian, bat is german?, etc.
We don't really have a way of resolving disagreements about this sort of thing, so it's really just going to come down to the personal taste of whoever's doing the genning.
>>3104257 Yeah I checked and that's mostly correct. That or they're sitting. I wonder if you can even do a scene like this but from behind. I think I've seen some 4chan gooners making pics like that, at least with standing character anyway. I did a couple a while ago and they were kinda tough to gen.
>>3104263 I tried a dozens so I'm not sure what to share lol >using another girl's breasts as a pillow, facing away, head on breasts,on back, breast press, both girls laying on back, back of head resting on breasts etc
>>3104278 It would be interesting to see her "old fashioned" chivalrous honourable no nonsense attitude conflict with a very different future. A real fish out of water.
>>3104253 If this is about how I made giraffe into a modern day stripper, that's an alternate universe. The video game she's playing is the feudal japan bodypaint one. Those gens aren't canon.
>>3104282 Well what I'm looking for is kinda like this pic. The subjects laying down on their backs but they're facing the same direction, instead of the more intimate cuddling where they've facing each other.
I also didn't gen many images suggesting deep sniffs, with one subject's face completely smothered though and your prompt might be useful for that so thanks lol.
>>3104276 which ones do we think need more developing?
>>3104283 nah, just would be cool to see them separated into their own groups but would be pretty hard without the original creators being around to help with prompting and whatnot.
>>3104302 Well I got a couple with this but it's mostly still funny business lol, maybe it's the loras I'm using. Thanks you all very much for your help.
>>3104305 https://files.catbox.moe/1540h8.png insect girl, wasp girl, ichimegasa, white veil, 1.3::hair over eyes ::, multicolored skin, black colored extremities, cleft of venus, orange body markings, pink skin, full body, nipples, parted lips, light smile, straight-on, split veil, black hair, hime cut, long hair, blunt bangs, black antennae, medium breasts, curvy, claws, unsheathing, katana, no wings Might need to be cleaned up a bit, like multicolored_skin, etc lol
>>3104316 a buge based ginyu force gang would be so good. Queen Bee is the boss, Dragonfly is the strategist, Hornet is the Duelist. Just need a big dumb bruiser and a small crafty assasin.
>>3104318 Tarsus scarab would work for dumbstrong, definitely mantis for assassin Genkinin that asks for permission to bite your head off Had to use CC as the model because it kept resisting the v-bangs girl, ninja, insect girl, mantis girl, c.c., extra arms, multicolored skin, green skin, full body, nipples, tareme, :D, ponytail, straight-on, antennae, large breasts, gloves, pelvic curtain, kuji-in https://files.catbox.moe/vp6e0p.png
>>3104324 Love the CC influence and antenna, should we make black sclera a shared feature of the bug girls? My gut reaction says multiple arms is too buggy and she should just fight with sickles/scythes and regular arms. It's not any worse than the lamia, but I want to try and steer this in a more human direction. What if she had two human arms and summoned additional spectral ninja magic ones as needed?
Also here's a more human hornet. I like the idea of the laminate armor being evocative of chitin and having that as a shared bug feature/uniform could be interesting https://files.catbox.moe/59rp8a.png
>>3104331 I didn't make any of the bug ones but black sclera being their shared feature could be cool. Admittedly I'm not a big fan of fat characters but if we start a bug "division", there could be a fat lil ladybug. Idk, it's not too hard to come up with ideas for 'em, I just don't know what people would be into. Some of the ones that I started were hits, others not so much.
>>3104331 >multiple arms is too buggy and she should just fight with sickles/scythes and regular arms My exact original thoughts exactly, damn thing fought me with all its might to resist tho lol
>>3104310 this is a wasp? so much better than what i tried to do >>3104327 nice, and you even got multiple arms to work. also surprised kuji-in sort of showed up, illustrious ignores it. what's cc though? >>3104331 >laminate armor being evocative of chitin also a big fan of this idea
>>3104315 wold be much to ask for a txt with each one of the girls core trait?
It's lot of characters but I think would be fun for whoever wants and is regular to these fhreads make them on their own "styles" I at least want to try.
She doesn't read as a dragonfly at all without some sort of implied wing thing going on. Ideally she'd have two wood framed banners hanging off her back along with all the other weapons.
>>3104421 All the general proportions are out of spec here. It's more meant as a way of quickly sharing the prompts so others can play with them. These are not their definitive representations. These are essentially thumbnails meant for prototyping.
But long neck girls do represent an interesting design challenge. Girrafe's neck rings and Flamingo's collarbones are meant to slightly emphasize the neck area without fully comiting to a noodleneck thing. But i would be curious if others had thoughts on this.
I was already somewhat unsatisfied with trying to generate correct volleyball playing positions, postures, etc., until I realized half my generations had the net itself in a relatively implausible location (unless Rei here is catching a ball sent by someone way out of bounds). Best I managed after some time was putting her in a plausible position to be passing to her teammate. Should've picked an easier sport to gen.
>>3104430 I would recommend doing the gen in Qwen or Flux2 with a generic anime style, then using that as a controlnet reference. The bigger models are much better at environments and everyday sfw actions. Anima is a step in that direction but still just a tiny model underneath.
>>3104434 Well there's only one fully anime model out there, NAI v4. Supposedly. With the ones we have locally, they either never knew how or they lost that knowledge during the anime finetuning.
>>3104437 I did say only it "should" have problems. While all others have some realistic base underneath, though it might be buried too deep. Or in the case of SDXL, was never good enough to do this in the first place.
>>3104449 No, but it would be considerate to use catbox links more often instead of image slots. At least for the white background concept iteration stuff.
>>3104475 I think a reasonable compromise would be to make a seperate /e/ thread dedicated to it, if the need arose. I don't think we're there yet, and wouldn't entertain nogen or spammer opinions on it.
On XL models, pony first and illus/noob later, it was foolproof; you tagged images, threw them into the trainer, and voilá, a perfectly functional and flexible LORA.
You could throw there seven different official costumes, and the model still would be able to tell them apart. It didn't matter if it was a bunch of screenshots of a 3D game or some figures; you prompted "anime coloring," and the model would instantly make them look as if they were from an anime adaptation.
But on Anima, every character feels like a gamble; some get the 3D style so embedded that it is impossible to remove it. Sometimes it doesn't get the different costumes at all; sometimes it gets the costume but somehow manages to fail at character basic traits and looks like an entirely different character. Sometimes you want it to keep the anime style, and it doesn't get the style at all. You try to make it more conceptual/generic because it is a 1970s show, and the style gets embedded hard in it, and you barely can remove it.
I'm so lost I don't even know how to begin. Don't know if it's the datasets, the learning, a generating problem instead of a training problem, or what.
Never had to worry about anything because any and every character with Illus would work; put 10 shitty screenshots from a 1970 show, and it would pull an amazing LORA that can make that character in any style.
But anima... is not as if they don't work at all, but all of them feel flawed in one way or another and tricky to use.
>>3104493 Also, any suggestions how to fill the background, so it isn't anything specific? I'm using this bokeh thing, but I think there might be something better.
>>3104494 I have not encountered this issue. My process is unusual in that I never prune any captions from the dataset, maybe you can try that.
I noticed that Anima is a lot more anal about getting complete prompts. Even if it has good knowledge of a character it might get a feature wrong or miss it if you skipped the tag for it. Environments are simple unless you explicitly ask for the grass, trees and cloudy sky. etc.
>>3104526 NovelAI and the stealthPNG extension for webui/forge/comfy https://github.com/neggles/sd-webui-stealth-pnginfo store metadata in the transparency channel, instead of PNG's EXIF metadata, this way it doesn't get pruned on upload to 4chan. There is also a 4chanX extension in the OP to view it, and a site https://sprites.neocities.org/metadata/viewer
Man, I must've explained this more than a dozen times now.
>Man, I must've explained this more than a dozen times now. To be fair, that seems obscure as fuck, is not what you could call general knowledge. And even if you posted it several times is not as if anyone but the person who asked would care
>>3104528 Hearing that a lot nowdays, but I'm starting to believe ANIMA really didn't live to the hype.
Its great when you want to get things that you would struggle to get with XL models, since it understands natural language. It also does a great job adding "texture" to the images with certain artists.
But I find it struggling way to much to doing basic stuff. Like working with character lora. Doesn't matter if its mine or other's people it seems it struggles to be consistant and sometimes refuses to listen to very simple stuff like giving sunglasses. (Then again talking when using with lora)
It also sucks at doing nsfw images, specially if its three people nsfw images
>>3104536 Nta, but anima was suited enough to my use case that I adopted it and I'm very happy with it. It sounds like it's not suited to your use case. We are both correct in our assessment of anima, other people's hype shouldn't really factor into it.
>>3104538 I guess that's a fair point. Probably is also my fault to expect it to be a direct upgrade like illus and noob were over previous xl models when Anima is a complete different architecture from XL Still, one can't help but to compare.
And I can always swap models depending what I want to do but you know, is always more comfortable to have one model for everything
>>3104536 Don't doubt that you're having trouble, but the issues are probably on your side. At least my experience so far has been the opposite. Been rebaking this lora since SD1.5 days >>>/h/7718364 and Anima has handled it best so far, even disregarding the (huge) advantages of its superior VAE. Telling apart the individual armor pieces, and avoiding style bias from a mono-artist dataset.
As for threesomes, there's a bunch of them in /hgg/ right now that you could never do on SDXL without heavy inpainting or a controlnet reference, go check out the thread. I stick to POV stuff, but still their interactions work much better than they used to imo >>>/h/8887532 >>>/h/8887432
>>3104546 Well, only the end result matters, in the end. Use what you like. The TE might be overkill for solo /e/, the VAE can be worked around with hiresfix or inpainting, loras are limited for now,...
>>3104551 MMMM, I like the shark girl but I think she looks too generic evil lady. Don't know if this idea will be appreciated or not, but how about make her brainless. Not retard but more like she is more monster than person and see people as food? With may be black tiny eyes. More feral moving by instinct without being a "person" May be replacing her weapon for a metal jaw or something? IDK is an idea
The hiena looks like could fit with the pig and the goat
>>3104555 Couldn't prompt a metal jaw, even with anima, might've been doing it wrong or might be an inpainting thing but I suck at inpainting. Either way, I tried to make her more of a mindless killing machine thing instead.
>>3104494 >>3104536 In Anima, the quality of the data set has become one of the most important things. I had to redo all my data for my loras because Anima was picking up the shit quality that SDXL just ignored. You need to rigorously curate and fully tag all your data in order to prevent the random behavior you're describing.
>>3104403 >>3104315 i don't understand the rationale of bird and bats with wings and insects without. insects should have wings, especially since they're the flying type
>>3104585 There's a few reasons, I want flight to be "unique" or come with trade offs. Dragon is the only one right now with real native flight powers. The birds are terrestrial, the bats kind of just flop or glide around. Also none of the winged characters carry real weapons.
Another reason is more practical, wings are by far the hardest thing to gen consistently so i'd like to limit them wherever possible.
For the bugs in particular, I'm concerned making them flight capable would make them OP and out of scale with the rest of the characters. All that said, I could see Bee and Dragonfly having wings, not so sure how they'd interact with hornet's veil though.
>>3104560 Need a turtle girl,I just imagined she'd be older/wiser. Maybe she's going on her first pilgrimage. >>3104551 >>3104559 They look great, can you box them up? I'll get them added tomorrow.
