I think blonde is sadly the most effay haircolor, just because of how well it goes with just about anything
Brown is second, very dark or just black third, everything else is specific to a given color-palette

For me yes but only because all non-White women are brunettes by default. Blonde and red hair usually don't exist naturally outside of White women unless the person is mixed of course. I don't wanna limit myself to only White women.
