>>18715574 I've been injecting GHK-CU 2mg almost every day for about two months and don't think I really notice much of a difference. Mayyybe.. But Idk. Will keep it up for another 2 months at least. Might also start tretinoin
I finally received my first tube of tretinoin, and im actually kind of terrified of using it. How bad was the purge for you guys? How many of you didn't experience a purge at all? Approximately how far away from my eyes do I need to keep my tret application? like can i apply it to my unibrow area or is that too close?
You women are lucky you don't have to regularly shave your face. I know all the techniques and tricks. hot water/steam, shaving cream, safety razor, cartridge, electric. Doesn't matter. It'll never be perfect. Shaving is just inherently irritating to the skin.
>>18716352 I experienced redness, small breakouts and skin wouldnt accept anything, no lotion, serum, nothing. it was dry but would get irritated if i applied the lightest lotion. stopped mixing or layering tret and all issues disappeared.
>>18716382 How long have you been taking it? People make it sound so fucking scary, but even the issues that mentioned disappeared don't sound that bad. If I ever stop being a bitch I'll try just applying it directly, tho.
does anyone have any lotion recommendations? ive been using the basic one from Greek, its the only one my tret skin likes atm. the basic cerave lotion that always worked (the one with the pump) gets rejected. the more basic oily ones get rejected too.
>>18716310 which concentration do you use? i have 6 tubes of .05% and have been holding off bc i have too much shit to do this summer for the "break out" phase or whatever
>>18716629 0.05% mind you ive been trying to use it for like 2 years on and off now tho but Im still fairly sure the layering is what caused the irritation for me.
I suggest you at least do one trial of >light moisturizer >1h wait >apply vaseline around eyes and on lips for protection >apply tret and see where it takes you instead of holding off. you should be fine
PS: eating less and avoiding lots of sugar and not eating 5h before bed /intermittent fasting are mandatory. in other words dont bother with cosmetics if you dont got the basics nailed down
>>18716650 learned the hard way. debilitating dry eyes. fortunately it has improved since taking care of it. same with the layering. apparently the official instructions state to rawdog it as well.
I want to finally reduce the giant clogged pores on my nose. What can you recommend to actually finally clear out the pores before I can shrink them? I've tried cleaners and pore strips and they literally never work. The dirt just feels too deep for the strip to grab them.
