>>77312445 this >>77312452 but also... >massive skincare skill issues by (((2026))) hollyweird standards, like can't even retinoids or something I see 50something hams mogging that after photo on the regular, and still look more like the b4 as a certified quadruple unc, kek.
2 very different photos one being cherry picked for being perfect and optimal the other for looking as bad as possible but also time and age spares no one and nothing
>>77312461 >but also time and age spares no one and nothing niqqa dis look like some kinda l8-onset progeria; people usually ain't walling like that in 5 years without heroic doses of doxorubicin.
>>77312468 He quit dying his hair looks like he slacked on his diet probably off cycle and maybe even layed off the TRT too. 5 years can be a lot men can fall way the fuck off from 35-40 if you don’t stay hard
>>77314025 That is abysmal for 3 years assisted. I gained over ten pounds of lean mass and ended 7+% leaner my last year leading up to my peak physique natty
>>77312454 >the wall comes for everyone I believe how you act determines your age more than anything. I stopped aging as soon as I stopped trying to shard to appeal to others for attention towards the tail end of high school. Of course alcohol and other drugs matter too but as much as people think.
>>77314763 Yeah, it's a learning process bro, I also went way too dark on my first attempt. Standard advice is to go one lighter than you expect and find the perfect amount of time to leave it in before washing it off so it blends with your remaining colour. Wash too soon, and you'll have visible silver remaining. Leave it in too long, and it'll be dark and matte looking unnaturally.
