Starting with the positives, you have well built shoulders, forearms, biceps, and a decent start with the chest. Once the fat comes off, you're going to be very impressed with your physique. Your bench and overhead press numbers are very good, especially doing 86% bw OHP for reps, that's a very very rare skill. But your deadlifts are pathetic.
Onto the bad - This is a decent start, but you fucked yourself over by neglecting deads and squats. Knee pain is caused by bad form, not by bad knees, and you hampered your development of the upperbody because of it. The work your back does during heavy back-squats and deadlifts makes your lats grow massively. It causes you to have a masculine physique, while also building traps (which you lack).
At 200lbs, I was repping out 405 for reps. At 210, I could manage 465lbs for triples. At that same weight, I was squatting 380lbs for reps of 5. This is not because I am genetically gifted, it is because my coach specifically planned out deadlifts for years. I was able to hit those numbers at the 1.5 year mark.
With your base, it shouldn't take you longer than a year (and a good coach) to reasonably get your squat to 400, deadlift to 450 (minimum), and beyond. But you need a fucking coach. picrel(Me at 195lbs after cutting). Your physique can become amazing, and it won't take much longer than you've trained. But you NEED to train properly. Because my bet is you suck at programming, or pay a dyel weaker than you as your coach. >Doesn't squat faggot.
