>>77316471 I've been just having a chocolate proton drink with skim milk for breakfast and eating my eggs and bacon later in the day. It wakes up my brain and makes it so I don't have to go shopping or cook as often. This is the laziest version of me that has ever existed. I'm losing weight though but I prefer to eat more and have more even energy levels.
>>77316522 not really. but to be honest, people spend too much time eating every day. it's bad for your gut, which needs to shut down overnight in order to regenerate. and it should be noted, the more time you spend eating the more time you spend with elevated insulin levels, which does effect your insulin resistivity.
>>77316770 >people spend too much time eating every day nah, if you follow the typical american meal times of 6-12-6 then you're still doing a 12 hour fast overnight which is decent for insulin levels.
>>77318930 >be fat, eating all the time >have actual hypothyroidism >must take a pill daily or I'll wilt away >start doing IF 6:18 >also start doing rolling fasts (eat one day, fast two days only water, repeat) for weeks >kilos melt away >reach my ideal body weight >thyroid checkup (every 6 months) shows no changes at all Anecdotal evidence, but it doesn't look like it does anything beyond a minimal, short term reduction of activity levels, which is to be expected if you're eating less.
