Is there ANY benefit about drinking alcohol?

Realized alcohol makes me actually more stressed and yeah, also more retarded/slow. Especially if I'm trying to meet new people. Drinking water and some caffeine is actually based af. Plus you don't gain fat nor lose your muscle gains.
Fuck alcohol.

Depends on if you need to be accepted by a group, like, say, your army buddies or work buddies. Yeah, you could probably get along just fine without having a piss-up with 'em, but they'll always hold you at arm's length. Not saying I like this aspect of society but it's true: blokes trust you more when you have a few beers wivvem.
