What % is this? 178cm, 90kg I think I'm at 19-20%, since you can just see my veins (but no protrusion) and the very beginning of ab definition. Been cutting ~800 kcal/day for about two months + eating 170g protein/day, down 5kg and lifts are still going up. Cut continues until lifts stop going up, then I'll either cut harder or switch to recomposition depending how I look.
