This guy doesnt look any younger. The grifter said five years ago he'd look 18 by now. I guess the whole "anti aging" science thing was a scam.

you can attempt to slow it down, live long without being ill, and even mask an aging appearance, but no living mammal can defy aging. you will age. you will die.

he's nothing more than a content creator and health/disease prevention promotor. at least he's selling something and found a young gf he feels like he can trust out of it.
>>
>>77318216
youthmaxxing can't make you look younger only gayer
>>
Yes it's late stage mice utopia experiment manifestations. People who unironically think they can cheat biology and be stuck in highschool forever.
It's ironic that he's stressing himself over this to the point where he doesn't even go outside anymore without his 200 creams and umbrella and glasses and layers of clothes when just taking a trip to some mediteranean island, or hell just live there dude he has the money for it, would do his longevity and health better than the torment he's going through
>>
He looks dreadful.
>>
>>77318216
Honestly, I'm kinda rooting for him

Sure 99% of his lifestyle is gonna accumulate to absolutely nothing, but he is being very transparent with his journey
>>
>>77318308
He's not transparent about anything, he lies about almost everything, im talking "photoshops test results and blocks anyone who brings it up" tier lies, hes a total fag

He has been couggt faking his tests. Thay was after he was called out on not publishing all data. He is a fraudster. Nothing much.

I'm 39 this year. I have both sets of grand parents still in their mid/late 90s. I'm gonna outlive this vampire eating burgers and pizza lol

I think that every time people embark on a minmaxxing journey like that, they eventually realize that only a few (already known) things REALLY matter and have a high impact or ROI, and it all comes down to the 80/20 Rule

This man is severely mentally ill and he should not have a platform. The dude injects his son's own blood into himself, He has to take both testosterone and estrogen because his body fat is so low and he's so emaciated because he eats so little and his body won't produce it naturally anymore, And he's literally so weak that he had to leave a country because his body couldn't process the dust in the air.

I, too, believe self-reported results and practices of individuals on the internet with no independent review of the facts whatsoever, my fellow intelligent and totally not gullible poster.

Factor in plastic surgeries culture also

He started too late, the people who started earlier are doing much better. Still, there is no actual anti aging therapies. The best you can aim for is to slow it down to nearly half. The whole idea is to stay as young as possible while new therapies start to become available.

The only thing that is stupid is to spend so much money and taking a hundred pills. Most of it is about good sleep, diet and exercise. That accounts for 90% of what this dude does without spending a penny. It's okay to take vitamins or minerals that you are deficient in or that you are not covering with your diet, but chocking on 9000 anti oxidants at the same time doesn't seem to be a smart way to address the issue. At some point it stops helping and might actually be harmful.

Most things that are labeled as antiaging is because they block mTor or activate autophagy and you see him taking these after exercise. Sometimes he mixes stuff without caring about interactions or if these compete for absorption with each other. Just watching him take pills that activate Ampk along with protein in order to trigger an anabolic response makes me raise a lot of question.

He is a great salesman though.
>>
>>77318960
Now do that without makeup, photoshop, bad lighting, history of drug use, surgeries etc
This is just proving my argument, you wont find two people of the same age same physical condition and diet and substance use history with different appearance outcome when it comes to aging

/fit/ has the entirely wrong idea about this guy.
It's not about looking younger, it's about having the health metrics of a younger person.
It checks out that a board full of looks-obsessed bodybuilders would be unable to grasp the idea of doing anything for your health.

He quit the test and blood injections, but otherwise yeah. He also stupidly took and quit Rapamycin which you forgot. Doesn't make all his interventions fake, but many are.

Lel that's contradictory, but nematode evidence already says we might be able to do 80% or more.

Yeah, he gets massively ripped off, but he's ack-shilly not even on that many pills; I am.

Asian diet is low in vitamin A poisoning and low in obesity - both those two things can contribute to aging well.
The fat and liver in elderly people is a sickly yellow due to vitamin A accumulation, and vitamin A excess is highly implicated in liver damage as well as its known effects of destroying collagen

Sun exposure ages skin more visibly. Asians have a culture of less sun exposure, since whiter skin is associated with better attractiveness (people who work outside are considered lower class). Black people have more melanin (i.e. they're black) and are less susceptible to skin damage because of this.
Additionally, Black and Asian skin types have a thicker, more compact dermis, which is naturally more resistant to sagging, and their skin naturally contains denser collagen bundles and thicker fibroblasts, making it naturally firmer and slower to break down with age.

>Actually solving aging requires investment and effort on the scale of the Manhattan Project. He's just doing expensive bullshit for rich people.
To be fair though, he's on GlyNAC and Astaxanthin which were hits from the NIH ITP; current closest thing to a "Manhattan Project" for anti-aging.
>t. started on NAC b4 ITP figured out it worked, never fux'd w/ rapamycin but hit many of the same targets it does using other non-rapalog stuff
>>
>>77319859
I think you're being extremely generous.
He acts as if he's solving the problem and leading the movement, whereas really he's only incorporating things from the people who are actually doing something consequential.
Secondly, NIH ITP is still peanuts. It needs Manhattan Project/Apollo Program levels of funding and coordination.

IQ 89 take, mouse utopia is not at all comparable to modern life in the west.

>no free resources

>no overpopulation
>no protection from disease and predators, quite the opposite actually
We're living in a dystopia, not an utopia.
