i can debunk this as i've gone thru different periods of being a fat ass and then being lean as fuck and then being fat as fuck again before i even hit adulthood and this happened without a dedicated effort to lose weight

micro needling/derma needling, get a roller not a derma pen, anyone who argues that derma rollers create troughs instead of little pricks do not understand the concept of skin elasticity and how that plays into the movement of the roler as it goes
TLDR - cheap as fuck derma rollers are both inexpensive and much better than derma pens with zero downsides besides possibly bent pins, at which point just buy a new one

genetically yes, but there's so fucking much you can do to fix issues it's insane, the only issue is the 'unknown unknown' solutions where we never even question wether something can be fixed and even if we did and there happened to be a solution out there, we would not have the vocabulary or terminology to look for it online
