ChatGPT says an obese 500 lb guy might have around 50% bodyfat
Which means you'd have 250 lbs of LBM, which is an absolutely insane amount, more than perhaps anyone else on the board
Honestly, giant huge fat but strong guy is not that bad of a look. Throughout history it was seen as impressive, even media from like the 90s or whatever has that guy as the henchman. If you are gonna be a huge obese guy too, you should definitely lift, so you can move your body around better, and so you can planetmax and just be stronger than everyone around you. Those guys honestly get laid sometimes if they're halfway competent.

Bro I can literally sprint 22mph and am not victim weight. I could easily run away from someone that big, or knock them down if I get enough runway to speed up past around 8mph, which is about the fastest I think a very "fit" quarter-tonner could realistically run.

A 500lb person would have to sprint 15mph to equal the kinetic energy of a 220lb person at 22mph. Big person goes down if they get hit at a high speed by smaller person.

I'm too strong, you'd have to be a better boxer than me.
