i started lifting 4 months ago and i'm getting to the point where linear progression isn't automatic anymore. i understand that it can be considered a stall/plateau if i fail to hit the target sets x reps in consecutive sessions.
what do you personally do or suggest here? i have heard
>deload ~10% and proceed as normal
>deload ~10% and proceed, but AMRAP last set
>rep cycle (e.g., stuck at 200x3x8, do 200x3x6 -> x7 -> x8)
>change the set x rep scheme altogether
