I come from the future to tell you that Windows 11 exist purely to enforce OS level age verification. Avoid Windows 11

Don't uprgrade to Windows 11!
> If you did uprgrade to Windows 11 try downgrading back to Windows 10 (remember to back up your data).
> If you can then switch to W10 ESU (but don't bother creating a Microsoft acount for it).
> If you can get it ESU for fr€e then use it (for example if you have enough Microsoft reward points).
> If you need to upIoad sensitive information or PII then try to store it in locations where it's not upIoaded and make sure it's encrypted, especially if you have ANY credentials then make sure they are encrypted with a password manager like KeePassXC AND definitely don't store them in Edge or some Microsoft credential manager!
> If you cannot farm reward points and get ESU without upIoading sensitive info or PII then consider payjng for W10 ESU but keep in mind that ESU is NOT necessary.
> In the long term you may want to switch to Linux, but whatever you do dont switch to W11.
> If you b0ught a new computer with W11 or need to upgrade to W11 then attempt to create a local account. Even if you have already a Microsoft account with W11 you should still attempt to create a local account.
> If you have friends, family, loved ones or aquintances who are planning to switch to W11 then tell them that switching is a bad idea and explain the reasoning. (But don't make it obnoxious)
> Spread the word both online and offline. Post this on baasedddit, post this on tech forums, post this on Y.T, post this on tiktak, post this on the internet, let the world know. Or else you will lose all freedom on the internet

Already did that with a 2012 PC. No TPM or internet connectivity means Win 10 forever on it or until the parts start dying out.

Thanks for the warning, I used Win10 IoT LTSC for the longest time, but I recently switched to Gnu/Linux.

It will be backported back to Windows 7 just like telemetry updates were.
