Why is google image search so shit now?

I never used saved any reaction images or memes because I could always vaguely google them and post it here instantly
When I would search an image, I could immediately find the high res version of it

Now? I can type out the exact text on a famous memepic, and it finds NOTHING RELATED TO IT
It literally cannot find high res images anymore, they force you to google lens and it will just tell you “this image has a dog :) here are 50 other pics of random dogs :)”, and every result will be a blurry compressed mess anyway
Why doesn’t anyone talk about this issue?

And dont tell me to use bing or duckduckgo those are even worse

Image search in general seems fucked, saucenao can't find anything not on a booru, tineye & iqdb don't do shit, I've never had luck with yandex. Shit sucks.
