I'm still on Windows... for now.
I want to leave, but Linux still doesn't have a professional-level image editor yet. Hopefully that will change really soon.

You force yourself onto LTSC yet you're most likely a retarded NEET that doesn't even rely on Windows-Only software, that is the part that makes you worse than Arch Linux trannies. You're larping something you will never, ever, be.
And if you're a manchild that never grew up and needs Video Games they run fine on GNU/+Linux, so you're a braindead subhuman either way.
Be a normal human being and swap to a proper GNU/+Linux Distribution or stop being a braindead larper.

this is why the loonix community is on par with redditors, while simultaneously arguing and bitching about wayland, systemd, and whatever dumb irrelevant shit that became the flavor of the week.

We still have 3 years or so of support. Maybe more, maybe less, depending on how quickly other software companies drop support.
My dad reinstalled Windows 7 a while back and I was shocked at how many programs no longer supported it. Sure, you can find workarounds or alternatives, but at one point it becomes too much of a hassle.

Windows 10 LTSC IoT is supported until 2032, that's 6 years.

You should really install Linux though, Windows will only get worse.

GIMP is fine.
Or you can just dualboot.

I mean the creator of Linux uses Fedora and the people behind it are basically the main contributors/owners of all the software Linux uses. Tbh it being more corpo is probably a plus to Windows users, so Fedora KDE is basically the correct answer.

unironic question: can you use linux subsystem and play steam / league of legends on LTSC? Literally LoL is the only thing I miss. But I can't go back to straight power shell. That shit is garbage. wsl is mostly fineeee though.
>>
>>
>>108659143
Yes, hypervisor and wsl both work.
Everything from win10 normal can work, i have the store turned on and updates turned on, just most telemetry turned off.
Its amazing how much slower windows11 is. Maybe Win11 LTSC would have been better, but I'm not sure.
