You're still retarded.
>>
>>
>>108660976
Svaneti? Thanks for updating the OP a bit.
>>108661218
That's not even an argument, but I suppose I can live with the fact that one anon thinks that. I might be retarded just for engaging in these discussions in the first place, actually. And for other unrelated reasons. I would just disagree on the point that I'm retarded for thinking that Musk is a dangerous person, however you want to exactly label him, though.

Did gpt-image-2 copy NBP/NB2's penchant for adding signatures?
>>
>>108661623
i guess so, though wain's sig was usually pretty prominent
>>
>>
It is nice.
>>
>>108649183
image-2 can't do hands. At least the background doesn't have the same crusty feel as 1.5.
>>
>>108662467
1.5 for comparison. She's not hugging the tree at all. Also the body is turned slightly to the viewer's left because that's how the reference image is. I prompted straight-on front view.
>>
>>
With sora gone, is that it for high quality gens that won't ding dong bannu your shit for trying anything relatively spicy?
>>

Gpt image-2 through api

tfw you're Aboriginal on spiritual journey through the Outback, get lost in the Dreamtime and end up on Kalahari.
>>108662545
Sora is still available on genspark (as GPT Image 1.5) and possibly other aggregate websites.
>>
Now that the dust has setted, what is the verdict on GPT Image 2?
>>
>>108663211
It's ok if you provide a reference image. Without one I feel the gens looks kinda ugly, but maybe that's a skill issue on my end.

Oy Vey
>>
>>108663503
I'm disappointed. There are SOME styles that it does more convincingly than 1.5, but it often gives me dark and muddy looking images
>>
>>108663679
Genspark should be still freemium, I think.
>>
>>108663711
same prompt in 1.5
>>
wish chatgpt wasn't so stingy with free gens
hate rolling on arena
>>
>>108663720
Why rolling? You can directly prompt in gpt-image-2. Not sure about the limit, but I think it's similar to NBP, 5/hour (per account AND IP address).
>>
>>108663712
I genned two and got told to pay, so no unless it takes longer for credits to regen.
>>
>>108663787
My bad, I've not used it in a while now. I similarly got blocked after two prompts. That's kind of unusable even if switching to multiple Google accounts is easy enough...

Maybe you could give a try to Nadella's Copilot? Atm it's still using 1.5, but I have no idea about the filters, especially limitedly to whatever you were creating with Sora. It's free, so it's probably worth a try, anyway.

I have no idea for how long they will keep using it as Microsoft has been slow to adopt the new OAI models and they have their own MAI series too (I read casually on Reddit that MAI-image-2 is being A/B tested on BIC).
>>
>>108663211
I prefer banana pro for historical accuracy.
>>
I prefer NBP largely for stylistic reasons, personally. It's not *perfect*, but it gets often close *enough*. Also, it doesn't have any issue with referencing living artists.
>>
>>108663919
>Maybe you could give a try to Nadella's Copilot? Atm it's still using 1.5, but I have no idea about the filters, especially limitedly to whatever you were creating with Sora. It's free, so it's probably worth a try, anyway.

Oh yeah that is 1.5 I guess that's better than the other stuff even if I feel a bit embarrassed having it help me with weird fetishy prompting.

Tried the new version via proxy and it was way worse about censorship but I got something that's low on spice with the 1.5 version.
>>
>>108664076
Yeah, prompting to chatbots feels always a bit like being judged for one's ideas... You were getting a different version via proxy, anyway? Which country did you use and did the model look still like 1.5 with different filters or was it another model? Asking mostly because I'm wondering if they're already testing MAI-Image-2 there, I read somewhere that it was supposed to get implemented there, but I was kind of sceptical about it.

Filters on Copilot were mentioned to be relatively tame by the anon who first mentioned here that it had switched to a new model, i.e. 1.5, but I never tested it extensively.
>>
>>108664172
mai image 2 following the link from arena and then using a browser proxy set to america

Was pretty lame and the interface didn't want to use different resolutions but maybe I'm just dumb

Also didn't even know MAI-1 was a thing until some email reminded me I should turn whatever dalle slop points I have into gift cards
>>
>>
>>108664213
Tried it quickly with a US proxy using my main account and it's giving me 1.5 as usual, it might be usual A/B nonsense, I suppose. Still, thanks for the reply.
>Was pretty lame and the interface didn't want to use different resolutions but maybe I'm just dumb
Different resolutions in the sense of different aspect ratios? MAI-2 seems to support several, using directly the prompt to specify them, in the Microsoft Playground. No idea if that's bugged there.
>>108664359
Considering how they never de-yellowed 4o/image-1, I guess it's not very likely.
>>
>Your SORA export is ready, click on the link to download your files!

Kek, they probably made an H1B vibe code it. Probably just a legal obligation and unsurprising that they don't give a shit, but still.
I mean I already have most of what I care about backed up on my drive. The custom styles texts, and gens I like, mine or otherwise are on my computer. I just wanted to save prompts for the most part.
I guess I have to take my time copy pasting them myself.
>>
>>108664696
Quite likely that it's because of legal obligations
https://gdpr-info.eu/art-20-gdpr/
and I guess similar provisions exist in California and other jurisdictions, actually they should have offered something similar even before... And the funny thing is that effectively they're being quite cavalier about it, it's known that it doesn't work well and their faq just says that
>We are still determining whether we can make Sora content available for export for a limited time after we discontinue the Sora web and app experiences as described above.

the system is injecting "(Ethnically Ambiguous Lighting, Neutral, AI Image, Safe, Neutral, Plain, Neutral)" to the prompts

Sora won't give me new images. The images I can generate in ChatGPT with the image 2 are shit, with the exact same art style in all of them. Also, it's more censorious, again.
>>
>>108668724
If you want to keep using 1.5, without paying API (or "stealing" keys), try either Microsoft's Copilot or Arena. Besides that, well, it's the same usual story with online/closed models, we're completely at their mercy in terms of access and filters. Only thing one can do is looking around at the alternatives.
>>
>>
>>108668912
What's Arena?
>>
>>108669108
arena.ai is the most popular testing website, widely used by every competitor to claim that they're the "best". e.g.
https://x.com/arena/status/2046690103515648061
Besides blind tests, it also allows to use several models in "direct" and "side-by-side" mode where you pick one (or two) specific model(s) and run them. The main issue is that it has its own obnoxious filters in top of the model's ones. Limits are hourly, so they're fairly generous from that point of view. I think it requires registration now.

Fucking dogshit Arena shitting it up further as if designed for chat instead of img gen. Now we're forced to start new chats quickly rather than see the yellow warning popup that we can ignore. Also if you get hit with the error and didn't copy the prompt, you're out of luck.
Same thing with the "choose A or B to continue with". There's nothing to continue with, it's not a chat when we're img genning.
On the other hand, there should be separate chat-capable img mode and 1-at-a-time img mode.

>Same thing with the "choose A or B to continue with". There's nothing to continue with, it's not a chat when we're img genning
I never got that with image generation and I use it a lot. I do get it when I'm teasing Claude 4.6 search (which I use relatively often, but honestly I'm starting to prefer Gemini and ChatGPT, Claude is really starting to feel stupid sometimes).
>>108671707
Lol, foxes are a bit like cats, I think. One doesn't really *own* them, at worst you jail them. At best you live with them. That's a category for dogs, for better or worse.

Oh, I did get the random pick a model thing in direct mode image generation on Arena mentioned by an anon recently. Thinking about it, I actually *usually* employ side-by-side mode, the thing is evidently disabled in that mode, even if the models are picked arbitrarily by the user.

This thing still struggles a bit with maps, anyway... This one is almost decent, but I got quite nonsensical ones, too.

Flow spitting an error (sometimes the "prominent person" one) at any hint of talking about the chest like "gained a slight amount of weight up there" on any photorealistic woman. Meanwhile, an anime girl with "gigantic bust that she must carry by hands" is totes OK and funnily gives her an discomforted expression.

it is a long schizo thing...
the jumping spider dwarfs the suburb.

The image uses a highly saturated, airbrushed illustration style with a glossy, almost vinyl-like surface quality. The texture suggests a printed medium—similar to vintage trading cards, stickers, or poster art—where fine dot grain or dithering is visible, giving it a slightly tactile, halftone feel. Edges and boundaries throughout carry a finely wavy, undulating quality, as though every contour has been drawn with a trembling hand or passed through a subtle oscillation—outlines ripple rather than hold still, giving the whole surface a restless, vibrating character.
Shading is smooth and gradient-heavy, with strong specular highlights that create a rounded, inflated appearance. The outlines are clean but not overly rigid, their gentle undulation allowing for a soft, organic contour that seems almost to breathe. Color choices are bold and high-contrast, leaning into a psychedelic or pop-surreal palette, with the wavy border treatment amplifying the hallucinatory quality of the color fields—each zone of color meeting the next in a sinuous, serrated line rather than a hard edge.
Overall, it sits somewhere between late-20th-century commercial illustration and retro fantasy/sci-fi art, with elements of airbrush realism blended into a cartoonish, stylized form, the entire composition unified by that persistent fine waviness—a rhythmic, almost mechanical tremor running through every silhouette and boundary like a signal picked up on an oscilloscope.
