thats a map of Europe, not the USA
NA education at its peak
>>
>>109001678
wrong, that's a map of europe that for some reason includes turkey, georgia, azerbaijan, armenia, russia, albania, and bulgaria
>>
>>109001678
What OP is pointing out that China has a huge availability of very low-cost human labor, correlating with their low HDI.

OP is trying to communicate that USA needs to invest more in automation.

India memes itself into 5th place by simply adding cow dung sale into the GDP statistic.

>>WE HAVE TO INVEST TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS WE DON'T HAVE INTO AI BECAUSE CHINA WILL OVERTAKE US GOY
No, correction.
We have to invest to have AI that isn't developed by any other power so we don't fall into the same trap in AI we have falling into with other tech.
>>meanwhile in reality
GDP is a meaningless number.
>>
>>109001745
india's gdp per capita is 2000$ which is 1/6th of chink gdp per capita, there's not a single european country lower than that
>>
>>109001625
Russians are not white
>>
>>109001767
It's even worse when you realize that India undercounts its population while China overcounts its census.

GDP is numbers in a Jew's computer. China actually produces real things. Whilst the European economy is mostly fake.
>>
>>109001625
>Russia
>Europe

lol, no.
>>
>>109002313
>China actually produces real things.
Things made with imported materials. China exports their labor as a service, their economy is no more real or fake than Europe's is

It's crazy how poor Russia is even though they have so many resources. I guess that's what happens when 10 people own the whole country.

Like that matters at all. That only really says how valuable an average citizen is.
When you have hordes of bug people you can easily conquer the world.

The message I'm getting from this comparison is that non-Chinese don't want to or straight up lack the ability to work or produce, even if they have resources they just choose not to. They'd rather import foreigners or export their money. A choice they consistently make for some reason.

Using per capita gdp when can compare economic performance apples to apples

China's economy is actually pretty bad relative to its population. 4x the population of the USA yet still can't even surpass it economically. That being said, it's still better than India. I don't know what India's excuse is though.
>>
>China will never overtake Eur.... ACK!
>>
>>109002511
>They'd rather import foreigners or export their money. A choice they consistently make for some reason.
Because foreign labor is cheap and China has an industrial base of over a billion people to leverage this. In order to compete with China on a global export market, you'd have to devalue your own exports to make them cheaper for foreign import, which means lower working wages, lower quality of life, HDI drops, per capita GDP drops etc and what you're left with is that you basically just become China in a bad way, and neither Europe nor the USA want this.

Average one-way commute in The Netherlands is not 44 minutes.
No idea how they came up with that bullshit.

I have never seen average commute figures used honestly.
>>

You really needed ai slop to make this?
>>
>>109002707
It depends on a lot of factors. The data in that image comes from each respective countries official survey's, like US census data for example
The 45 minute number comes directly from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam
https://www.eur.nl/en/ehero/media/85023

The Netherlands only has one metropolitan area called the Randstad.
And it takes about 45 minutes to go from one end to the opposite end.
Even if you don't count anyone living and working in the same city (I guess a 10 minute bicycle ride isn't a "commute") that implies everyone commutes from Amsterdam to Rotterdam or vice-versa.
>>
>>109002724
Could it be that USA's pivot to cars from the regular means of public transportation associated with developed technological countries with advanced infrastructure was, in a way, nigger-driven?
Seriously, how do you take a bus if it's gonna be a potential knife fight every single night?
>>
>>109002740
>This data allows comparison between
how the same person feels at home and during their commute, which eliminates the
selection effects. The number of participants is large enough to allow a split-up between
different kinds of people, in particular among the many well-educated women who
participated in this study.

So they picked people to fill their categories including long and extremely long commutes.
That's not a representative cross-section of the Dutch population and the study doesn't claim it is either.

It's like picking 1000 people with zero income and 1000 people who make 1 million per year to research if money does/doesn't make you happy and then someone else uses your data to claim the average income in The Netherlands is 500K.
>>
>>109002735
It's based on a true story....that happened in USA but let's pretend it happened in Europe so it fits the narrative OK?
>>
>>109002827
It's because cars are statistically faster than trains are. Trains are bottlenecked by scheduling. It's the reason Japan has relatively long commute times despite having the fastest trains in the world. The speed of the train isn't the issue, it's the speed of making stops and loading/unloading passengers
Public transport is good for accessibility, but not necessarily for commute times, in fact in a lot of cases, bicycles are actually faster than trains are for similar reasons

Regardless, every countries commute time generally hovers between an hour to half an hour as per Marchetti's constant, as regardless if you're European or American, humans generally have the same commute time "budget" so-to-speak
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marchetti%27s_constant

This also has its own implications though, as commute times regardless of transport infrastructure remain relatively constant, what this means is in practice, transport infrastructure will not improve commute times but will allow further commutes from home

I don't want wealth either, I want a place to live. I don't care if other people living in my area have or hold wealth I need fucking food and facilities and shit not a nation's wealth or hubris with things like statues and monuments.

This map is at least a little off. Rare Earths aren't rare. In fact, they are quite common. It's the processing and infrastructure that is expensive and takes time to develop. Because China subsidizes it's rare earth production, in addition to the low cost of Chinese workers, it will always be able to outcompete (meaning cost) developed countries in the market for rare earths.

So, this chart is off.
>>
>>109004258
Nowhere in that chart does it imply that rare earth metals are literally rare, it's simply tallying total resource value of their respective countries and you're just inserting your own headcanon into it, take your meds schizo

>OP is trying to communicate that USA needs to invest more in automation.
Is he? The USA is still the second largest manufacturing country and every US state also has a higher per capita GDP than China. How would automation improve anything?
>>
>>109003973
georgia, armenia and azerbaijan don't. turkey only has the istanbul area in europe which shouldn't even be theirs. and it's not about landmass, they're just simply not europeans.
>>
>>109004442
>How would automation improve anything?
because importing browns to work shitty jobs has been the only thing keeping it going and it would be much more efficient to have robots do it instead
