>not related to the one true religion (Chritianity)
>no real capabilities except by demonic intervention

Never heard of the name EL KANNA? When the Creator of all things warns you that he is a jealous God you should heed the warning and believe him. He didn't tell his people he would pile up their corpses in front of their idols for no reason. God does not bluff.

>represents god
Yea which god? Since when have jews been told a golden calf means Yahweh? Moloch is represented as a man bull. Its obvious who they were sacrificing to when moses was getting the commandments.

I like the Koran because of how obvious it is Muhammad was making rules up on the fly about incredibly specific things he wanted or annoyed him like he was a sitcom character who starts a cult or something.

Well da bibble refers to it as a literal God, so no. You have to remember this entire thing was written in an environment where people genuinely thought the gods were the statues. The episode of Isaac stealing Laban's Gods is illustrative of this.

At least a quarter of the remainder is political propaganda for people who claim descent from king David. And some other portion is just folklore.

The Moloch was a real thing practiced by everyone in the area. The Hebrews also practiced it, too. But well this also supports your point. Iirc Jews have a little ritual to this day where they basically pay a symbolic amount to the priests so they're pardoned from this and get blessings etc.

Moloch is not a god. That understanding only arose longer afte rit was written.

Unironically a strawman, no pagan ever actually believed that the statue was literally the god itself but rather, a “conduit” of sorts to access the god. After carving the statue, they would do a complex ritual that they believed would transfer the gods essence into the statue; the god was still believed to reside in the heavens but their essence was now present in the statue and allowed them to access the deity.

Sickness and separation are not of God, but the Kingdom is. If you obscure the Kingdom, you are perceiving what is not of God. (https://acim.org/acim/en/s/108#1:4-5 | T-7.II.1:4-5)

Oh hell no. Get this automatically written hippie psychobabble out of here. How did a New Thought guy even find 4channel in the first place? I mean, not 'find' but why would you use the site?

The Jews were actually pretty coy about it, though. This was only reconstructed through archeology and careful reading o the bible.

>listen up you retarded golems, YHWH says those other people living nearby are... LE BAD and so we need to genocide them and take their land. Now pick up your gear and get to slaughtering.
>OH and don't forget to tip us your sacrifices. And make sure it's the quality stuff, no blemishes. G-d gets really pissed if you leave us your shitty livestock.
