So, what's the basis for all this Evangelist-Christian-Zionist thing about rapture and end of times, apocalyptic cult, to supporting the creating and survival of the state of Israel, so the prophecies of the End of Times are fullfilled, and how all the Jews should go back to Israel, and 6 nations trying to destroy it, blablabla and Immanentize the Eschaton so Jesus rules forever even comes from? I don't remember ANYTHING of that from the Bible.

Easy.

>Israel has to exist so Jesus comes back to Earth
>after which all Jews are cast into Hell for refusing his salvation
>>

I always heard that all the Jews would immediately see the truth of Christ when this happens. For all the brainrot Evangelicals have for Israel and its people, surely they don't want them going to hell

The book of Revelation (and also Paul's comments on the end of times) is very abstract and can be interpreted in a variety of ways, basically.

Plenty of Evangelicals are dispensationalists, who believe that God's old covenant with the Jews is still in effect and in fact makes law observant Jews the only people in the world who do not need to believe in Christ.

The USA & Israel are the two beasts in Revelation chapter 13, and Trump is the Antichrist and Netanyahu is the False Prophet

The USA is the first beast that raises out of the sea
Israel is the second beast that comes out of the earth with 2 horns like a lamb that speaks like a dragon
We're all going to hell

The Jews lost their chosen status when they rejected Christ

Dispensationalism
>>

That’s a heresy called dual covenant theology, most dispensationalists would reject that as heresy, saying that law-abiding Jews were saved under the old covenant “dispensation” but now you are saved only through Jesus during the “church age”.

A few years ago I talked to the one evangelical christian zionist I know about it, explaining the stuff I had seen online about support for Israel being a gambit to bring about the end times. She said that was not her perspective. She supported Israel because it is a democratic state with western values and our (American) ally, as well as saying she supported Israel's actions in gaza as they are defending themselves after October 7th, which was a horrible massacre. She also said only God decides when and how the endtimes will come about, not men, and its arrogance to think otherwise.

So there's at least one who doesn't ascribe to this.

They can't separate the difference between Biblical jews and modern jews.

The vast majority of Dispensationalists believe that the jews' final redemption as prophesized in Gog and Magog will be them finally accepting Jesus.
Practically this makes them defend current jewish rejection of Christ, but not out of belief that jews don't *need* to accept Christ when all is said and done.

The real problem with Christian zionism or whatever you want to call them is that its supposed basis is that jews are still the chosen people, and them misbehaving and abandoning God doesn't invalidate their status as the chosen people or the gentiles' obligation to look for their well-being, as even in the Olt Testament Israel frequently turns away from God and He doesn't revoke their chosen status.
But the thing is, if it is a gentile's duty to look after the well-being of the chosen people, shouldn't it be a moral duty as well? I get helping them fend off their enemies and all that basic stuff, but surely actively encouraging them to find Jesus is the best way to help them out, right? "Christian zionists" don't bother with that, they fall back on eschatological assumptions that jews will some day accept Jesus on their own, which is very lazy in my opinion.

>The Jews lost their chosen status when they rejected Christ
No, according to biblical tradition, the bloodline of Judah was chosen to host Christ and eventually the Antichrist because Judah first chose to not kill his brother as Cain did and his other brothers demanded, but Judah then chose to enslave his brother instead of actually doing the just thing and defending his brother against their jealous bloodlust.

>what's the basis
dispensationalism, a retarded heresy invented in the 1830s which nobody with any sense takes seriously

Heard from who? Absolutely desperate copers trying to square the circle that they love Jews because they want them to be slaughtered?
>>

And she's right.

A square circle is one of the most basic geometric objects that exist, though, since a point, as a 0D object, conforms to both definitions simultaneously which is why Cartesian and spherical coordinate systems both use points in the exact same manner.

Every Christian group believes the Jews will convert before the end. Take your meds.
>>
>>18432762
Nope, that is a dispensationalism heresy which only some denominations have embraced since it was invented in the 1830s.

The correct view is that jews who reject Christ are enemies of God that deserve only to be destroyed.
