Why didn't the Abbassids kick the judeochristian greek despotate of Byzantium out of Anatolia and Arabized the region before the Turks could Turkify it?

Because the Abbasids were not stable in the 9th century. They had a bad civil war early 800's and another one around the 860's. The Byzantine state was on the rise and Macedonian dynasty is getting ready to start fucking them up
