Why did God not prevent the Islamization of the Middle East and North Africa? I thought Christians always reigned victorious against non-Christians?

Christianity does not promise temporal power. It promises persecution and suffering. Muslims being backwards, broke dick refugees is a problem for their religion- it is not a problem for Christianity.
