Is there any muslim equivalent to coping about muhammad being an arab?
Western chuds who are antisemitic and christian often come up with elaborate copes and psuedo theories to claim jesus wasn't actually racially or halakhically jewish. Or they even claim the ancient jews aren't related to modern jews or the ancient jews were white people. All to deal with the cognitive dissonance of worshipping a jew and following a jewish holy book while hating jews.
Is there any equivalent with non arab muslims coping about muhammad not being an arab because they don't like arabs?

No there isnt, him being arab is secondary. The only extremely marginal cope is his abrahamic descent somehow making him non-arab but everyone in the mecca region was some sort of immigrant anyways it's a melting pot

The word “Jewish” is nowhere to be found in pre-WW2 Bible translations. Where’s the elaborate cope in that?

Islam imagines a post-racial society in its conception of the Ummah. If you believe, you enjoy the benefits afforded to all believers. If you don't, you're a filthy infidel. It proposes a faith-based hierarchy rather than a racial one.
