People think im a pedophile for asking this. Personally, I think it causes harm, especially if the child is prepubescent, but I want to know if there is any scientific evidence for this.

If the child stops being prepubescent, then by all definitions they aren't a child, they are biological adults. They are even mentally adults because most adults aren't smarter than they were in their teens even with 0 sex. A teenage girl who dedicate herself to her studies and has 0 sex is in no way different than a teen girl who had sex, the girl who had sex might even a more well adjusted member of society too. The same applies to men.

I do agree that touching prepubescent children is actually horrible and hurts them massively. I think that after having their period/cumming from masturbation once, individuals should no longer be considered children but adults capable of consent.

Both prepubescents and pubescents are juveniles.
