If you had to define it in those terms, National Socialism would be a Germany specific form of class collaborationism. Wherein both capital and workers cooperate.

Socialist regimes didn't usually throw other socialists in jail desu
maybe if they were run by paranoid freaks like Stalin, or if the socialists in question made a real coup attempt ala the left SRs, but the Soviets under Lenin offered Kropotkin, no doctrinaire bolshevik, a cabinet post and a state funeral (he rejected both)
There was usually a fair bit of tolerance for left intellectual dissent in the USSR and the later Eastern bloc as long as you didn't go full Trotskyite and weren't a puppet ruler acting too independently. Nothing like the Nazis (or, shamefully, the Stalin-era Soviets) going full purge.
