>Arabia would be a trade center, still pagan but eventually would either Christianize or adopt Zoroastrianism.
>The Mediterranean would be a safe lake, no piracy and antagonism between Europe, North Africa and the Levant. Cultural exchange and economy would peak.
>Christianity would be a lot decentralized, no church control and clashes between the different sects and denominations. We would see even other great Christian theologians from North Africa, Levant and Anatolia. The Western world would thrive than never before.
>Since Christianity still holds the important centers like Constantinople, Jerusalem, Alexandria, Antioch and Carthage the scientific and civilizational progress wouldn't break. The dark ages wouldn't happen or end quickly. The Mediterranean and Europe are the center of the world.
>Persia would experience a golden age, progress in mathematics, astronomy, chemistry, medicine, physics would reach the highest level imaginable. Transmission of knowledge between Byzantium and Europe, Persia and the Zoroastrian world, India and China would be smooth. A breakthrough in architecture and infrastructure.
>The silk road will remain relevant for centuries, no hostilities between East and West allows the world to be more harmonious and united. The old world from China to the Atlantic coast would be undisturbed by wars and religious conflicts.
>A human golden age would occur, technology and automation would be achieved way early and easily, an early form of renaissance would happen. Navigation and maritime technology would be advanced and flawless. The whole world is discovered.
>The modern era has arrived and the perfect human society exists. Science, culture and civilization are at their highest form of existence. We are ready to discover the universe.
