Zion is Israel is the Body of Christ is the Law incarnate. The Law was restored to where it came from under the New Covenant, but by all means continue to follow the commandments given to Moses upon the mountain because if you do so then perhaps the righteous will not find just cause for your destruction.

Behold, I Paul tell you, that if you be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.
And I testify again to every man circumcising himself, that he is a debtor to the whole law.
You are made void of Christ, you who are justified in the law: you are fallen from grace.
(Galatians 5:2-4, DRA)

Paul explicitly says those who backslide into Judaism will lose their salvation. You cannot keep Judaism and be a practicing Christian at the same time, these are mutually exclusive paths. Judaism is an incomplete revelation, Christianity is its fulfillment under Jesus the Messiah.

Ok so we should keep the Law of Christ, which is charity and without which our faith is dead like St. James said. You cannot and never will be justified by works of the law. We are justified by faith in Jesus as both our korban and our High Priest.

I think it is a bit weird to think of Ethiopian Orthodox to be considered Judaizing because it is more like Judaism was there so long that it is more like part of their culture. Judaism there is also a bit archaic compared to elsewhere and preserves elements that can be a bit challenging for Orthodox Judaism practiced elsewhere. Some of these cultural traditions are also perseved by Syriac Orthodox , Arabic Christians in some places and Syraic Oriental Orthodox.
