Genghis Khan converts to Christianity. Mongol Empire links up with the Crusaders in Seventh Crusade and jointly expel the Muslims from the Levant, Mesopotamia and Egypt. How difficult would history be today?

>Genghis Khan converts to Christianity.
He loses all authority amongst his own and never unites the Mongols.

Fun History fact: China used to have a huge population of Nestorian Christians since the Tang Dynasty until suddenly there was a huge drop in their numbers by around the start of the Ming Dynasty. The main reason? The Mongol Yuan Dynasty used Christians and Muslims as enforcers in Non-Christian/Muslim lands (like, say, the majority of Han China). Christianity became super unpopular overnight as it was associated as the religion of the oppressive bully boys. From a vibrant community of a million or so converts since 700s AD, Nestorianism died fucking overnight within just 100 years of Mongol rule.

Aaaand that's what's going to happen in your scenario, OP. Christcuckery becomes even way more unpopular in Asia than it is today had Mongols converted to it.

Why do crackers worship Mongols as an unspoken masterrace?

The Mongols hardly cared about the religious affiliation of other nomads, there were even large nomadic groups that were Nestorian under the Mongols.
