The problem with Christianity is that forgiveness and another chance is the default so you can never make anyone responsible ever.
Someone steals, rapes, murders? Forgive him.
While you have to nitpick every single nuance a good person does because all sin is equal and leads to death.

The last will be the first and literal murderers like Paul get forgiven anyways.
Killed people do not get unkilled, raped girls never get undraped, but who cares because we have heaven.

When your whole ideology runs around the mortal world being temporary and "it doesn't matter" and that it is corrupt and evil and no matter what you do we all die, then people stop caring about the world.

One of the reasons for the west's decay is because of cucktianity. When you tell a people that they are evil, they are evil, the world is evil, all is sin, but there is an afterlife, people stop caring. And I'm convinced this is one of the main reasons for suicidal empathy. Christianity calls for absolute sacrifice and denial of the self and the world, so no wonder it leads to the societal suicide we see today.

I like the idea of the spiritual and physical world merging together, the merging of body and soul instead of the teachings of the spiritual world being the only thing that matters and that our life here is basically nothing because the material is ephemeral and with no value.
