The Quran is the Word of God, the Hadith books are not.

It's possible that the second condition is higher priority, so the husband gets 1/3rd

And that's not how either school, Sunni or Shia, does it.

Sunni gives Husband 3/7 and Sisters 4/7
Shia gives each 1/2
