good practice would be to read/copy through morpho muscled anatomy and exaggerate what you learn from it a bit. that’s really all you'd have to do to emulate picrel desu.

"girlswithmuscle" is a good place to find irl reference. I agree a lot of women reach a point where the ped's make them look uncanny. but I'd still recommend looking at real people.

If you want to be thorough there's always courses for anatomy like rey bustos or proko.
but You don’t really need to be that far along to draw that.

there's a huge difference between having a handful of gooslop scenes made less explicted and reimagining BL series into general audience anime by omitting everything that indicated it was BL to being with. The former is clearly for the intended audience while the latter doesn't appeal to anyone.

I can't find anything explicitly about lolicon, but this guy got arrested for NSFW animations of Genshin women. If you want to focus explicitly on the "lolicon" part, no CN woman has yet been arrested for drawing shota, has she? I guess shololicons are just immune to the law in China!

There are several high quality anime for women airing now and even more are releasing this year. This isn't 2006 where women were always considered to be a periphery demographic, you (and other women) have plenty of content. Maybe not as much as men do but it's out there, you aren't a victim, nothing you want or desire or rare or niche. If it's not in popular media you can definitely find like a good handful of women on Twitter drawing it. Your "reality" seems composed of cherry picked incidents
