Anons, this is a serious question. Do you use references that are specifically for female-oriented porn, or am I going to watch hours of revolting porn just to find one angle that poorly resembles the one I have in mind? Female POV reference is probably the most difficult to find.

Mostly just random anatomy infographics/drawing guides and a random fuzzy mental library of things I've seen but can't remember.
I'm too lazy to search for references, I usually just wing it, don't come close, frantically edit it until its more like what I imagined, still don't quite reach what I had in mind, give up, discard it, move on, never looking back.
Falling short is learning in the long term. By now I'm getting closer on my first try when I try to wing something, and can kinda get there with some edits.
I'm not scouring porn for hours looking for a specific reference, I'd rather spend those hours trying, failing and slowly improving my improv and imagination because it's more fun. Or more realistically, wasting those hours drawing something I'm already good at over and over instead of improving.

I earnestly apologize in advance if this question is stupid, but I've recently been trying to create a cishet erotic dynamic between two characters that lent itself more to the appeal of women/feminine leaning individuals in general. Unfortunately, majority of the folks around me who can give me real insight are far more gender neutral and or guys. I've already design the characters. I think the girl's appearance actually went over well with women, but I'm worried the guy is far to weak and needs a lot of change.

I know taste are subjective, but what are folks like yourselves often searching for when it comes to your cishet erotic imagery? Are there any specific themes that aren't outwardly erotic on their face that make things more titillating for you? I heard that girls have a thing for large hands and i didn't know if that was an over exaggeration or not.
