I was super hungry but can't eat and I sorta zoned out and was able to imagine this sandwich so hard i could just draw it without reference wtf???

you can get similar very vivid imagery from sleep deprivation. almost akin to lucid dreaming when your mind starts racing through various weird shit before even being fully asleep. the brain is weird.

you'll only see flashes still, so its up to your memory to write it down fast or sketch it out and come close to it. basically writing down your dreams and illusions. i dont know if forcing deprivation is a good idea though and there is still a chance of minor night terrors and triggering a psychotic episode if youre vulnerable to that.

just try to do art the normal way instead, breaking down barriers in the brain isnt healthy in the long run.
