sketching from life or at a restaurant 15-30 minutes. Gesture from photos 15-20 minutes (make sure to push asymmetry and the verb of the pose). Sketching from imagination for 30-60 minutes.

i consider myself to be a beginner still. i struggle with rotating forms around, hands and feet and head elude me, i haven't even given color and shadow a try yet.

a few years. but honestly looking at back at my gallery from 2024 i wasn't really putting in effort, i was scribbling the same pose every day for like 30 minutes.

i intend to do this when the weekend hits and i have more time but

>as many 45 second gestures as i want
>5 in-depth anatomy studies focusing on either torso, arms, or legs, whichever part i feel the desire to

Been at it seriously for like 7-8 years now? Study routine is just warming up with perspective, and doing a project or a study throughout the rest of the day. Plus lots of life drawing
