>>7948825 Dig the style, it's very smooth looking, but I'm also not sure about the addition of the girl. She seems hard to see, like you didn't commit to putting her there. I think it might have been sick if you tried to make the girl look like the shine marks/highlights on his jacket
>>7948947 I erred on keeping her darker because when I fully lit her she stood out too brightly. I sorta like the idea of her being "found" in the composition.
>I think it might have been sick if you tried to make the girl look like the shine marks/highlights on his jacket That was my plan going into it initially but coupled with the silhouette of the gun it became very busy very quickly. For the same reason I choose not to have the shadows of those blinds cover her face.
I think if I were to do a more dynamic full body portrait of the trenchcoated man it'd leave a lot more room to plot out this idea properly.
>>7950495 >shitty its a good motif and a legendary artist. better than the dumb overlit gook slut thats been up since january with all the retarded rotten anime faggots in it. where is yours?
>>7951906 youre gonna make it eventually if you keep at it, because its still recognizeable. the nose for example here goes into the wrong (albeit anatomically correct) direction/angle, because frank miller has a deformed nose, like you can see in the picture posted above yours. its subtle in OPs reference picture but still noticeable despite the angle. i like how you did most of the jacket though
