I can draw pretty much anything, I can even do portraits when one year ago I totally sucked at it. But the human figure just seems impossible to me, I've tried gesture drawing and also tried to use boxes for the torso, but still nothing

The only times I've managed to get decent results is when I eyeball everything and don't use boxes, gestures, mannequins, or any of that shit. Is it bad that I keep doing it this way? I'm just unable to picture where each body part goes when I'm drawing a mannequin, maybe I'm low IQ but I just can't.

Same with drawing portraits, I can only do it right when I don't use any particular technique.

I'm pretty sure you can't draw anything.

You need to draw stick figure and learn how to pose that stick figure then you study anatomy. When you learn stick figures with proper proportions try to draw quick poses there are websites for it.

Fair enough. It's kind of wonky but better than I expected. Idk if the OP image is you eyeballing or trying to construct but I think you might benefit from using landmarks to get the proportions of the figure right.
