downsizing while keeping huge part of the payroll, unfathomably based not an easy task
>>

Ik people on here don't like him for some reason but it makes me sad this is what's happening to him desu. I grew up with him. The fact he's trying to maintain his payroll says a lot about the kinda guy he is.

the guy never put in the effort to learn the thing he talks about, crabbed a million impressionable kids into permabegness and had a better life doing fuck all than this entire board put together, shut the fuck up, eceleb worshiping retard

Nah fuck you bitch. We all had teachers we liked growing up. Most teachers aren't masters at teaching but we like them because they become role models of sorts or just give us something we need. It really makes me sad that this is the reality for Jazza, but him caring about his team even when the ship is sinking just confirms to me he was the kind of guy I always knew he was even if he wasn't the best.

Dude they're both from a rich family, they can't really "fail" like normal people can, what the fuck are you sad about. These are people who can just up and build retarded D&D castles on properties worth tens of millions.

if he's actually smart and have iq more than 80 he would turn that stupid 'studio' of his into some design agency, employ people, the specialists in art and design field, and start taking art and animation project for corporate or better yet a large scale comms from big organization. If you cant draw but you have money atleast employ people who can do the job and put them into your studio to keep your capital flowing, that's like capitalism 101 that even kids know how to do it by selling cookies and pins. But look at what he did with his own 'studio', they are playing, playing, and playing, acting all productive and important while in reality they are just making youtube video for gags
he's like a 12 years old trapped in 30 something years old body, and im not even talking about his art skill or personality but something like brain development, something like priority, management, or like how to keep things going and deciding what to do next

Employment laws will tore his ass if he tries to fuck them up. To fire them he must compensate them accordingly, they are not just "employees" they are the ones who built his business along with him, and they have rights to the value of that company's total capital.
He probably is thinking now what new business should he get into, to put that workforce into good use, since he can't get rid of them, without liquidating his whole grifting "fortune".

He should make a giant Gundam now that the new game is coming out. And get like a million views, like the guys from How Ridiculous, or Mr Beast, or Colin Furze.

the kind being an australian that is gonna get raped if he fires them outright, so he's gonna shuffle responsibilities and make their lives miserable until they quit

He's dumb when it comes to art direction. He like to play around with sculpting, plaster, and decorating statue but he cant pull anything out of it. I'm talking about personal goal, like what do you want to do with it or where do you want to go from here, I mean you cant keep spending money, building some statues for your youtube content, didnt sell or do something with it, and hope for a financial stability out of nowhere. Art as a hobby and profession is two different thing that stood on the opposite ends of each other - if you want to make a living out of your art you cant treat that thing as a mere hobby where you can just simply buy art supplies on a whim and waste them away and do whatever sketch without deadline or being burdened by the responsibility of having to improve your skill in art; when it comes to art as profession you have to start a brand, or IP, or even do something with your art like taking commision from people, then you have to keep training, honing your skill, invent your style, and do a lot of stuff with it like pretty much every other working men out there

i think what he did was smart enough, just rent out the first floor of your 2 story office building to another business. being a landlord to some other business seems like easy money.
