I'm a Arab (first gen) immigrant. I grew up as a second gen in a different Arab country where non natives (by blood) have no legal rights and are openly and freely discriminated against, massive contrast with here where just by speaking estonian I can be legally equal and socially don't feel like I'm considered an alien.
So I ask, is there something wrong with Germans? Do they isolate you despite being well integrated just because of your background? Or is it somehow your fault?

no not really, for the liberal parts they don't do that when you speak the language well, for the more conservative parts you need to speak the language well and look broadly european
