Yes, this is the effect of El Niño

So India should level part of Himalayas then.

Imagine if they bombed a big hole where AC is depicted, all that Indian heat would flood China the only thing I'd feel sorry for is Tibet

Depends on the day somedays i am handling 40°c and even bathing ends up in more sweating

and on some other day i am literally in a middle of a thunderstorm with roofs flying and stuff

I hate the massive middle finger god has given me

Tibet is on a much higher ground so it still wouldn't be affected

I went to Lahul this weekend (Trans himalayas), its 6 hr drive from where I live. Weather was so chilly there, -6°C by the night. While its 40°C here.

And then North India would be a desert. Himalayas trap the rain clouds, incresing the rainfall, and its glaciers feed the big rivers year round.

>The Trans-Himalayas (also known as the Tibetan Himalayas) are a 1,600 km mountain system spanning India, China, Nepal, and Pakistan. Lying north of the Great Himalayas and bordering the Tibetan Plateau, this cold desert is geologically distinct, receiving very little rainfall and harboring some of the world's longest glaciers.

Thanks, Apuchu.

India is a rainforest ecosystem. Temperature still remains below 30° in refions which has forest cover, its the urban areas which reach 40°. India is not suited for expanded concrete urbanization it has today.
