Okay I sincerely doubt that there's 2 Mizuchi's. Nor is it a copycat because why did the culprit go back to the temple to possess Byakuren after possessing Mamizou. In theory a copycat would have went straight towards DDC's cast if they were trying to mimic Mizuchi and not have gone back to UFO. It's also still unclear what the motive here is, it seems like it's trying to get Mizuchi into trouble but there's still not much evidence to go off because Satori's still out cold and Seiga is still missing despite her zombie being a target. I still think Miko is odd because of how she just happened to get interested in Mizuchi for no particular reason. It feels like she's up to something here.

So far the arcs have been loosely related to the plots of the windows games. We just started the TD/DDC-related arc, so the absolute earliest it could take place is after that. But I don't think it's meant to take place in any specific point in time.
