Between Kajiura not present in the reunion, and Kalafina supposedly scrubbed everything Kajiura-related in the Ghibli wo Utau page, I can't think of anything else that happened. Maybe 2018 was really a culmination of disputes, clashes, and disagreement that ended up in a disband
