Gave it a shot but couldn't find it in my collection.
Perhaps you can remember other details, like an outfit, hair color, eye color, a place, etc and put it into a booru search. Also, if you couldn't find it using four_arms, it may be a case of mistagging, try again without it.
Or alternatively, maybe there's a specific phrase, a comment you remember you could look up in the 4chan archive to find it. Or another image you saved from around that time to at least give yourself a timeframe to look through threads.
