>>50995481 They're cuter and more loveable due to not being cold hard plastic. Also unlike funko pops, they expect you to take them out of the package or else you will be turned into the material they fill them with.
>>50995937 Goddammit anon I don't need to spend more money on more trading cards I already cut off my arms to get the latest order paid for the bnuuys & yuyu!!
>>50995704 I paid for a figure late January/early February. I can't find a breakdown for what the tariffs ended up being exactly. I just remember that the tariff cost ended up not being as bad as I expected. The shipping was much, much worse.
A few years ago I started making fumos out of felt to keep my mental health pliable. I made a chimata, a suika, and the base for a clownpiece
When you sew cloth you usually sew them inside out and then turn them back to hide the seam lines. I swear, the mathematics i had to figure out to get the clownpiece hat inside out and then turn it back to normal required actual fucking three variable calculus. I was certain there wouldn't be an official fumo of clownpiece cause of the damn hat.
>>51001345 She looks every bit authentic, and I've never seen a bootleg which comes with that small paper tag. The picture being mirrored is a little suspicious, but it should be fine.
>>51001412 >>51001776 thanks guys ass soon as someone mentioned the picture being flipped, made me a little more at ease after mirroring it back it was the only thing throwing me off but it should've been obvious since I've never seen fakes come with the bag or the button
>>51002468 man i wanted those fumos, the confederate reimu and the agartha reisen but you needed to DM the guy and give him your info so i noped out of there
>>51003216 Dixie Reimu is honesty what make me realize how fucked up the reimu knockoff was. Now I can't unsee it when I find that exact bootleg on xitter I'm getting a real reimu and marsia when they release
>>51002768 Cute! I don't know what you were using before, but Organic Maps has treated me very well. That is what I've been using when I'm out hiking at the very least. Download the map of your area, and then you should be good to go without any network connection again.
>>51003474 It actually was Organic Maps that I was using; it had been quite helpful for a long time (including the start of the walk), but it did screw me over in this instance. Though, I should have seen it coming, the road was marked with the faintest of lines (at least the part where it turned into almost bogland, picrel), but the change from the sanded path (marked with slightly less faint lines) to that was barely noticeable on the map. I had to take about a 3 km detour, but got where I wanted to be at the end.
>military brother who was stationed in japan for years bagged a japanese wife >they have a hafu child >after a few years they have a destination "wedding" in hawaii so both american and japanese families are inconvenienced equally >decide to gift my brother's daughter one of my fumos. Being family i did not consider price or rarity, i just tried to find the most Gen Alpha appealing fumo possible, soft and simple but also smiling and cute. >Settle on my Miko fumo, she has headphones which i assume will be permanently affixed to children in the future, and she's one of the only fumos that are smiling and also i dont really like the character too much. >Wedding goes fine, gift is accepted, everything is good >Check on the price of a Toyosatomimino Miko now, its TWO HUNDRED FUCKING DOLLARS on ebay
>>51017197 Just consider the fact that your niece got herself a fumo that she can remember by. My only concern is whether or not Miko will convert her to t*oism
